The secret of our black risotto is activated charcoal and the "shrimp" is made of potatoes and konjac that you must discover here.

I remember telling @trixxlibanan before our trip to Croatia, that no matter what happened, I will never eat red meat on this trip. I will eat as many seafood I can shove to my fat mouth! Croatia just did that for me. The bounty of the Adriatic sea provided this seafood deprived foodie with fresh grilled bass, mussels, langoustines, squid, tuna, shrimp, oysters and most especially the rice version of my fav dish #RisottoNegro con sepia or #BlackRisotto with cuttlefish! I made my own version with a little twist. What you didn't see on this video is when I added the olive at the end and roughly stir the pan to emulsify the risotto. Top tip for creamy risotto: Add any appropriate fat at the end and roughly stir. As a result, it will give you that creamy restaurant quality risotto. #Risotto
