Alright I need your help! I am deciding on the colour pallet for the magazine. These are the colours that will be used for text and background throughout the magazine. Please comment below if you like colour scheme 1 or 2.
According to the American Temperament Test Society, Pit bull type dogs rank in the average passing rate of breeds such as Chesapeake bay retrievers, golden retrievers and Newfoundlands. Breeds such as chihuahuas, dachshunds and Lhasa apsis had only between a 69%-70% passing rate.
I am currently working on the “features” section of the magazine. If you or someone you know has a pit bull type dog with an interesting story or is a large advocate for pit bulls please tag them below so I can get in contact for them for more information! If you feel that you should be featured in the magazine (with your pit bull) please shoot me an email with your reasoning why you feel you should be featured! I look forward to hearing from you guys!
Firstly I would like to apologize for not being so active this week. I was extremely busy with school work but I am currently working out a solution for that by trying to automatically schedule my posts so I don’t have to keep track of my posting on a daily basis. Other than that I have received many cover page submissions and I just wanted to thank everyone for submitting their photos! If you haven’t yet it is not too late. I am accepting submissions until the end of October.

I think my mom wants this to be true on this Monday. We should just stay home and do nothing oh aaaand she should take me running.
“Growing old is a privilege denied to many”. I don’t know who said this but I agree. There is so much to do, see, learn, and feel while we’re alive. I intend to soak it all up with gratitude. And I did just that this weekend with my Luna. ♥️
Two glorious days that consisted of hiking through the woods, the occasional smell of horse shit permeating the pine-scented breeze, climbing a mountain in total darkness, having to navigate the very slippery and steep trail sometimes with our hands as well, just to watch the sun rise from the summit. And man what a sunrise it was!! 😍 Our efforts were rewarded with a breathtaking 360 view of the sierra madre and a picnic breakfast above the clouds.
It was perfect. Everything I wished for and more. To be surrounded by nature and in the best company. Myself included. ♥️☺️ .
Slow down. Breathe. Be thankful. Love. Go forward. 🙏🏼 #namaste#ultreia @lunatheblackie
I can’t get over how beautiful this photo is!! 😍😍 That’s me on the left with my Luna, our adorable “ruff guide” @pachathemountaindog and Hannah with her baby Bean atop Mt. Yangbew at sunrise. 🌅 It was the most perfect day and weekend! (More photos to follow). Thank you, Candy, for capturing this and for everything!! ♥️
