The Benefits of a Squad Fitness Bootcamp

A Squad Fitness bootcamp workout is never boring because you never know what to expect. Each class is different and you're constantly moving between exercises, which leaves no time for thoughts about how much time you have remaining or what you forgot at the grocery store. Yes, they are challenging but no, they are never boring. Time goes by quickly. Before you know it, you're done and very, sweaty. 
Our classes are for the strong, the weak, the fit, and the not so fit. There is no discrimination, as long as you have the will to finish what you started. The benefits of Squad Fitness bootcamp are astonishing. You're moving constantly, at a rapid motion, which burns major calories and you can usually expect to burn between 500 to 600 calories during 45 minutes sessions. By doing high intensity intervals of strength training, mixed with bursts of cardio, gives you a total body workout and torches fat. 
Once you finish your first class, clothes drenched in sweat, heard pounding and muscles fatigued, you'll get that burst of energy and confidence when you realize what you just endured and completed. Getting through a challenging workout builds confidence and self-esteem. Look into yourself and realize that you just did something so good for your body and mind.

🔹4 boot camps per month, 1 per week (Every Saturday 9am). Please note we advise you try to make 4 back to back bootcamps, HOWEVER if you can’t make a bootcamp you can take the missed bootcamp(s) into the next month.

🔹Weekly weigh-ins - including body fat, muscle density level and hydration levels.

🔹Exclusive members group so you are supported 24/7 for coaching advice and tips for when you train and eat outside of the boot camps and train independently.

🔹Week 1 - 4 progression photos (optional). Progression photos can be taken if you would like to see first hand how you’re progressing. This will be in our private consultation room in front of our branded photo shoot background.

Tuesday's are one of my favorites days because it means Tuesday Bootcamp!!
We have missed quite a few Tuesday's this Summer, but with school starting back I am excited to get back into a routine with these ladies! 
If you are in the Birmingham area and want to join us on Tuesdays at 9:30 AM we would love to have you!  First class is always free!  Just message me if you want to come!
