So I didn’t quite realise or appreciate how much I had actually changed until my coach posted this absolute knock out before picture 🙄😂 and although I may have physically been doing the work , I wouldn’t have managed without his expertise. I know a few people have been in touch considering competing and asking me to train you but I’m not yet qualified AND this really is the man you should go and see if you’re being serious l really can’t recommend him highly enough... for any fitness goal! And he’s great to work with 👍🏻 Repost @elysiumpt_craig with @get_repost
Another amazing transformation! @amandalaws_ is one of the most determined people I’ve ever worked with! Continues to set goals and smash them!
Day 1 of prep... Very happy with how my mini improvement season has gone. Currently weighing about 4/5 kg above my stage weight, so now we need to start chipping away at that... whilst keeping my strength levels for as long as possible 🤪💪🏼🤘🏼
✨G R A T E F U L✨
I’m guilty of constantly trying to better myself, whether it be physical or mental, and while it’s never a bad thing to be driven and always strive for more, it’s important to stop and be grateful for where you are and what you have. I’m grateful for my body and for the things it’s capable of doing. That’s why I workout—not because I hate my body, but because I love it and want to take care of it. It’s taken me a LONG time to develop a healthy relationship with my body—to love and accept it and feel comfortable in it. I’ve never been as comfortable in my own skin as I am today, and it’s absolutely liberating🙌🏻 .
Do I think my body is perfect? No.
Do I think I can always improve? Yes.
But am I grateful for where I am and the things it allows me to do—like bend, and move, and run, and workout? 100% Yes.
Be thankful for the body that you were BLESSED with & never take it for granted. Get out and MOVE—go for a run🏃🏻♀️or a walk, lift some weights🏋🏻♀️, do some yoga, meditate🧘🏻♀️—do whatever it is that gets your endorphins going and be grateful🙏🏻that you have the ability to do so, because some people aren’t so lucky and are physically incapable.
You owe it to yourself💜
Happy Sunday friends💕
