When I get off track and am feeling defeated, I just think back to this past winter when I completed an 80 day program 💪🏼 For 80 days I ate 100% according to a meal plan, I didn’t drink alcohol and I worked out every single day.
I didn’t think I could do it but I did! I’m not going to lie, it was really hard. But it taught me one important thing.. I can do HARD things!! Oh and I really miss my favorite workout buddy @yourgirlchia
MONDAAAZE ☀️ who here thinks mondays are the hardest to get back into the routine? 🙋🏻♀️ I don’t have a set schedule, so I go when I feel like: 1) I have the most energy-or 2) when I’m getting sleepy at home. Funny, those are on two opposite spectrums! I was almost trying to go to the gym this morning but couldn’t get out of bed - last night my heart was racing between 11am -1am! I don’t know why. It caused me to not wake up early enough 🤦🏻♀️ so here I am! How do you pry yourself out of bed to get that morning workout in?

I just got back from a 4 mile run. Yes, 4 MILES!!! I’m so proud of myself for sticking with it. I had to walk a little bit during it, but for my first time running in about 2 months, I’m not disappointed. My face is beat red and I’m sweating profusely, but I feel great. I even ran on a BBG day! This is the start of a new me, and I am really excited. But next time, I’m not going to forget to bring my water to the gym 😬 •|•
Let me tell you something. Pretty much every day I don’t feel like working out, but once I start then I think “I may as well just finish” and then I do. But NOT TODAY. Today I wanted to quit during every single bit of the workout. But I kept going. I don’t even know why. HELLO my loves! Had a killer sesh at the gym today thanks to @gracefituk and her @gracefitguide 😍💪🏻 smashed legs for my first sesh of the week 🦑 .
Hoping to get in at least 4 workouts in this week with it being a double hit on wednesday (booty after uni and Zumba at 8 😍) .
I’ve had a snack (@myproteinuk bakes double chocolate cookie 😍) and now off to have a shower, hang some of my clothes up and do some reading ready for my first day of lectures tomorrow 💪🏻

Today marks one week since beginning my fitness journey! This past week has FLOWN by so fast, it’s kind of hard to believe that it is already over. Week 2 begins today, so I’ll start it off with BBG Week 2 Legs and Cardio and end the day with a run and some possible weights. I woke up this morning and looked in the mirror and, to my surprise, I think I’m beginning to see changes! They’re small, but it’s progress nonetheless and I’m thrilled 😁 •|•
