Nobody ever talks about how dieting affects your relationships
When I was caught up in trying to eat "clean" & sculpt the "perfect" body
THAT'S ALL I COULD THINK ABOUT
The whole diet mentality not only took over my mind, it took over my life & weaved its way into my relationships
I couldn't sit down to watch a movie without feeling anxious because I wasn't being active
Going to restaurants for date nights wasnt enjoyable because there was only one or two "safe" things on the menu & if what I ordered arrived any different than I expected (with oil, dressing, cheese, salt, etc) I would panic and pick it to pieces trying to reduce the caloric value & forget about ever ordering dessert.
The caloric deficit I created through restricting & over exercising made my sex drive pack up & leave
So even though I had a hot body, I had no desire to work it in the bedroom
I constantly made excuses not to hang out with friends for fear of my workout routine being interrupted
Or one of my perfectly planned out meals being delayed
One of the best things about being free from disordered eating is that I get to be fully present in my relationships once again
I get to enjoy time just BEING with the ones I love, without having my attention split between them & constant thoughts about food, diet & exercise
Now that my body is being nourished, my hormone levels are balanced- meaning I'm a lot more affectionate, friendly & a pleasure to be around
Spontaneity doesn't scare the shit out of me anymore
And I'm happier & more comfortable than I've ever been in my own skin
It's funny how when you stop constantly trying to change yourself...the most change occurs
If you're struggling with food, weight or body image issues to the point where it's affecting the quality of your relationships...then it's time you decided to take your life back

I was the girl who thought every coach who posted about how "happy" they were or how fulfilled their career made them feel were full of CRAP 🙅 To be honest, their happiness only annoyed me because it reminded me of how NOT happy I really was.
One day I decided to stop being a hater and instead be open minded and see what in the hell made them all so happy... And now here I am, two years later, waking up grateful AF and excited to work on a Saturday no less, and I'm THAT girl... the happy fulfilled one that annoyed me so much. And ya know what?? I know I am as shocked as you guys are 😂 but seriously had such a good evening with my baby girl! I’m trying to force myself to be more social and actually go out and have fun cause your girl is only young once and I don’t have many obligations so why can’t I go out? 🦑 .

در رژیم های غذایی من درآوردی اشتباهات فاحشی دیده می شود که همان اشتباهات باعث می شود افراد نتوانند به نتیجه دلخواه برسند. موارد زیر از جمله اشتباهات رژیم هستند که هیچ اثرمثبتی در روند کاهش وزن ندارند وقتی اثر بازدارنده دارند.
۱-گرسنگی: غذا دشمن شما نیست. عدم وجود بالانس غذایی در رژیم موضوعی است که باعث صدمه خوردن به بدن می شود. بنابراین فکر نکنید رژیم داشتن یعنی گرسنگی کشیدن. طی رژیم هم باید غذا بخورید اما غذاهای سالم و درست.
۲- صبحانه: بعد از چند ساعت خواب و بی غذایی اول صبح، باید با غذا خوردن انرژی مورد نیاز بدن را تهیه کنید و به حفظ متابولیسم در حدود سالم آن کمک کنید. بنابراین هرگز از صبحانه خوردن غافل نشوید.
۳- نوشیدنی ها : در مصرف نوشیدنی ها افراط نکنید. صرف اینکه نوشیدنی های مصرفی آن مایع هستند دلیل نمی شود که نتوانند موجب اضافه وزن شود. آب میوه های بسته بندی شده عمدتأ دارای شکراضافی هستند و از لحاظ ارزش غذایی بسیار ضعیف و حتی گاهی در حد صفر هستند.
۴- آب تعطیل: بیش از ۶۰ درصد وزن بدن را آب تشکیل می دهد بنابراین لازم است که آب بنوشید. آب ناقل مواد مغذی بدن است و قطع کردن آن اشتباهای بزرگ محسوب می شود.

Youpi 🎉 dernière séance de la semaine check - trop fière de moi - hâte d’arriver à plus loin dans le programme et voir mes résultats 👌🏻 en tout cas, je suis bien fière de moi car j’ai tenu bon la première semaine, bon je l’avais déjà fais auparavant mais c’est toujours une petite victoire de s’y tenir 🙈 j’ai des courbatures partout 😭 - dimanche c’est jour de pesée mais j’ai un peu peur sachant que ce soir on fête l’anniversaire 🎉 de mon père, qu’il y aura des invités et surtout de la raclette 😋 je vais essayer de faire attention tout de même. Sinon aujourd’hui, dernier jour au boulot, c’était seulement pour 4 semaines mais c’est toujours bon à prendre car oui je ne suis pas en CDI et c’est pas facile tous les jours pour trouver du taffe ☹️ on verra pour la suite. Along with 11 other badass ladies and we are wondering if any of our amazing #fitfam would be willing to host us as the lovely @grateful_fitgirl @bloomingthrufitness and @reinventinglolorox pops did!
Thurs 2/14 8 ladies need lodging that evening. (A couch or a sleeping bag will do! And maybe a shower 🤣) Fri 2/15 we leave at 4:30am to head to the start line in Wickenburg.
Fri-Sat We have exchanges in Tonopah, Surprise, Phoenix, Anthem and Cave Creek btwn Fri and Sat. Are you near these cities? Would you be our host?
No more than 6 ladies at a time would need a few hours rest (again a couch, a cot, an air mattress... nothing fancy, and maybe another shower 🤣🤣) THESE TIMES ARE VARYING, and may be odd hours, like arriving at 1am and leaving by 5am.
Sat 2/16 Evening - 8 ladies needing overnight rest/recoup (and yup... showers 🤣🤣🤣) and most departing by noon on Sun for their flights home.
This is not required, only a request. But I will say having even more fitsisters to share this experience with makes it so much more amazing, and the best part.... FITGIRL HUGS!

This morning is two slices of GF multigrain toast, one topped with smashed avocado, chilli flakes, cracked pepper + rock salt, sunflower + pumpkin seeds and the other one topped with fresh button mushrooms cooked in butter + my allllll time favourite @mingleseasoning 😍

Life’s been crazy busy, but a good busy & sometimes you’ve got to just live in the present and put the phone down!
I feel like I’ve also been doing a lot of prep for a lot of projects that made me realise I was better off taking a break than stressing. Sometimes you just have to focus on a few things instead of spreading yourself super thin!
I can’t wait to stop JUST PREPPING & to start JUST DOING!
Went to @nectarsleep #nectardreamscape last night with @caro.warrior & it was the first time I had gone to an event in LA in AWHILE and it was so fun! It’s so easy to get sucked in the all work bubble, I forget how unique, beautiful and special living in LA is! So I’m planning on being more social, more balanced, more ALIVE!

I knocked out a morning workout today! 🙈
Call it the shock of a lifetime when the Core + Stretch class I signed up for proved to be the most intense workout I’ve had in a good while. Wow. I’m still sore from Wednesday so tomorrow is going to be an absolute delight! 😅 So grateful to have met @lizterry3.14 who did an uh-mazing job leading today’s class and taught me some valuable new stretch techniques. 🙌🏽 -
This 1000 day’s project has brought so many incredible people into my life and I just have to take a second to say I’m so thankful for that. Workouts are hard and sometimes they seem impossible be the worst, but the feeling of triumph that hits you after and the dope people you meet along the way make it worthwhile. ✨

Good morning! I have this routine that I follow every morning. Well... I say routine, but it's more like sleeping for as long as I can, and then a mad dash to get ready and run out the door. 😂 This is something I've never really liked doing, and now I'm working on changing this. While those few extra minutes feel great in the morning, they never seem to help much throughout the day.
So now I'm trying to be more mindful of my mornings and what I'm doing to start each day off right.
My grandpa gets up with me every morning and makes me breakfast, because he's a sweet guy. We don't really get to see each other very often because of my crazy schedule, so it's nice to be able to eat together. 😊
I might try to start working out in the morning instead of the evening. Not sure how that will go, but I'm thinking positive!

Sometimes it’s the simplest things that are amazing 😍😍 seriously my meals probably take me about 25/30 mins to make and most of the time it’s sitting in the oven for that time🤷🏼♀️ seriously just toss a load of veggies in some olive oil and whatever seasoning ya fancy (in seriously loving salt, pepper and garlic power 😍 espesh on Brussel sprouts) and you have the base to sooooooooo many meals 🤷🏼♀️ here I have lentil curry with chicken (for the #protein ) Brussels, potatoes and some cooked chard and spinach 😍😍 super yummy, full of veg and something you can just through together 😍
