I ❤ Hammer Curls!
Taking these 50's for a 7-rep ride in this superset on Round 5!
Why Should You? 📢📢📢📢📢📢📢
One of the most efficient bicep exercises. Overloads the elbow flexors to help get stronger in any neutral grip pull-up variations & makes the long head start lower so we look bigger from the front. RIGHT!
Who doesn't love biceps?
Workout number 3 this week! @smg.fitness and I nailed a tough mudder specific workout which consisted of:
1) 100 pull ups.. some wide grip, some standard grip, some underhand grip. Really nasty.
2) Dumbell bicep curls - 5 sets with varied weight. Arms were really really tired after all the pull ups.. so these were especially difficult.
3) Tyre flips - 10 minutes worth.. A very simple workout yet very effective at building grip and back strength.. exactly what's needed for a horrendous 8 hour obstacle course. Arm size is also a lovely bonuses 💪💪💪. I also managed 20,000 steps today which is a great way of keeping unwanted fat away!
I've got one more gym based workout left this week and that'll be even more pull focused than today's workout... Pulling exercises are absolutely taking priority at the moment. I'll also squeeze a few short runs in before Monday and that'll complete a very good week of exercise. Follow this style of training if you want to be a performer in both the strength and endurance department.
More stuff coming soon.. stay tuned.
Bad photo quality, stupid pose, and mediocre muscle, i know😂
But i'll post this pic anyway, so me and you guys could know how long did it take for me to transform into a bigger and better version of myself (and how i can pose beter in front of my camera in the future😊)
Btw it's arm day today and i only do bicep curls and push ups😆, and a little calf raises for finisher..
Oh yea one more thing, i realized that my previous body pictures had low light and the quality wasn't so good(cuz my phone has a pretty crappy camera), so from now on, i'll give the pictures a little touch😃, so it'll look better and i'll look a little better too😁
