I have failed at times as a daughter, a wife, a nanna, a girlfriend, a mum and a friend. I'm not perfect ! I don't always say or do the right things. I don't have an amazing body (I do try to work at that - but not everyone likes my muscles). I'm not the most beautiful woman in the world, but I'm me. I love healthy food. I love chocolate, I love vodka & wine & a good cup of tea AND now I'm passionate about MY life changing STIKS 😍 I have curves. I am dedicated to my work and i have many many scars because I have a history. Some people love me, some like me, some don't. I have done good. I have done bad. I sometimes go without make up and sometimes don't get my hair done. I'm random and silly, but i am always loving & giving and always call a spade a spade. I don't pretend to be someone I'm not. I am who I am, you can love me or hate me. And if I love you, I do it with all my heart!! I make no apologies for being who I am OR for who I like or love and for that matter who I don't. If you judge me that's your business, I shall never judge you ❤ if you choose to not be in my life because of any choice or decision, good or bad that I make, I will respect your decision BUT I will never change my mind because of it

It’s never easy starting a workout routine. It’s even harder to REstart! It’s a constant battle between your mind and your super sore muscles, add in the lack of sleep from having a teething baby and it makes you want to just throw in the towel! Today I woke up and wanted to skip my workout. But I was like OMG it’s only day 2, you can’t quit now 🙄 so I got it done!! ShaunT always knows how to kick my butt !!! This was the very last move in the workout and I was so tired!!
I’m not good at asking for, and receiving help. This is mostly because I don’t want to burden others, and also because there have been times when I was shamed or ridiculed, because the what/why/how the help for which I asked, did not match the perception of how/why/what help someone else thought I should ask or receive. I’ve been working on asking and receiving, lately, and it’s really difficult. When the truly beautiful @yoginiandcody offered to help me, the other day, I accepted...mostly because her authenticity and sincerity was palpable. Her offering to help, and my deciding to receive, lead to the perfect evening, celebrating my birthday. She’s also helped me exercise my #LittleDevilNamedAngel , while my knee slowly heals. I believe when we allow space, in our lives, regardless of the seeming chaos, and authentically offer, receive, and be present with everything, the Universe provides the most beautiful blessings.
