Throwback to when I ate this burger @healthymama_food because I was seriously craving a vegan burger. It was great. I expected a little more from the bun, to be honest, but it was alright.
I have tried the Quinoa Millet Bread once before, which is what the burger originally comes on and I think I would like to try this burger a second time with this bread.
Food For Thought: Sometimes it hurts a lot, but remember that tomorrow might bring something better.

Burrito recipe (makes 3)
*#beyondmeat beef crumbles package
*3/4 cup broccoli 🥦 *1/2 cup onion
*1 cup mushrooms *3/4 cup Red bell pepper
*1 clove garlic * 1 tsp cumin
* 1 tsp chili powder * 1 tsp dried oregano * 1 tbsp olive oil
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 6 cups baby kale or spinach * 3 flour tortillas * 1 cup vegetarian refried beans
* 3/4 medium avocado ....
Fine dice pepper, onion, mushrooms, and garlic. Sauté over medium heat for 4 minutes then add beefy crumbles. Add salt and spices. Sauté for 3 more minutes. Add greens. Cook til greens wilt down.
Smear 1/3 of beans in each tortilla. Add 1/3 of mix and avocado. Tuck and roll to for burrito. Cook on low until browned on each side. Scarf down with a giant Buddha smile on your face and feel good about your meal.
These guys make being vegan DELICIOUS and much easier on summer BBQ days. I love Beyond Meat brats, Italian sausage, and burgers! ❤️
Last night, I was 'livin la vida loca' in a stretched out ratty t-shirt that I slept in (very glam, clearly not following Gaia's IG rules on being 'put together' at all times. Read: #notmodellife going on here 🤣) and a faded hat that I picked up while learning to train athletes at the US Olympics Training Center in Colorado Springs--an awe inspiring place.
I ran errands getting supplies for my rescues and Air BnB guests, getting Beyond Meat brats and sausages at Whole Foods, Silk Protein Nut Milk (almonds and cashews with pea protein) which actually tastes great (another vegan tool and secret weapon) at Ralph's, vegan groceries at Trader Joe's (argh, three grocery stores in one night), and new tires and more supplies and food at Costco... 😳🤪
I have to go clean the litter box and plan a trip to the Carson Shelter to drop off a ton blankets and towels that have made my trunk unusable. Does anybody want to go with me?

True happiness is a @beyondmeat burger and a @soothingsloth lumberjack fantasy bath. This bomb might be my favourite smell out there, tobacco, bay leaf, bergamot and sandalwood, and while doesn’t produce any art it leaves a thick white swirl and stunning coloured water. 🙌🏼
