People tend to Grorfy having alot. Its vein having alot more than you need. I've experienced having too much and all it leads to is harming yourself.you might take risky chances, drink more, engage in self satisfying pressure, you might even eat your self until stomach hurts. STRETCHING TIME 🙆🏻♀️ Ok vous savez tous à quel point c’est important de s’étirer, mais prenez vous le temps de le faire ? Perso, je le fais généralement en fin de semaine pour libérer toutes les tensions accumulées. J’aime bien mixer étirements statiques et positions de yoga car ça permet de me relaxer en même temps (telle la grande stressée que je suis 😳)
Bref, voici les étirements que je fais en règle générale : maintenant la position 3 à 5 secondes, pensez à bien respirer 🍃 Et vous, vous vous étirez suffisamment ou pas ? #beunstoppable
