Ich habe mir über die Zeit schon einige #fitnessapps angeschaut und ausgetestet. Zum Laufen nutze ich immer noch am liebsten @runtastic und lasse @polar_de parallel laufen.
Allerdings finde ich die Trainingspläne nicht so gut. Sie sind mir zu allgemein und nicht individualisierbar genug. Das ist sehr schade, weil ich ansonsten sehr zufrieden bin.
Jetzt habe ich die Apps von @nikerunclub.sp getestet - und bin total begeistert! 🤩 Man kann zwischen verschiedenen Varianten wählen, ich habe mich für die „Werde ein besserer Athlet“ Option entschieden. Ein Mix aus Lauf- und Krafttraining, wobei das Krafttraining auf Läufer abgestimmt ist und über die dazugehörige @niketraining App läuft (beide übrigens komplett kostenlos). Es werden aktuelle Werte des Athleten abgefragt, und darauf ein Plan erstellt. Ich habe heute das erste Krafttraining absolviert und war hin und weg. Genau was ich brauchte und schon sehr gut zusammengestellt: ▪️Warm-Up
▪️Stabilität & Balance
▪️Beweglichkeit des Oberkörpers
▪️Kräftigung der Bauchmuskulatur
Gerade als Anfänger und Hobby-Sportler, fällt es mir ja schwer die richtigen Übungen und Intensität zusammenzustellen. Einen richtigen Trainer ersetzt das bestimmt bei weitem nicht, aber mein erster Eindruck war sehr gut.
Keine Ahnung ob ich das jetzt als *Werbung* kennzeichnen muss, ich wollte euch nur daran teilhaben lassen, gerade weil sie komplett gratis sind 🤗 ❓Welche Apps nutzt ihr denn am liebsten❓

It's so hard to get motivated at times. Life is always going to happen. I feel like sometimes its even nuttier this time of year. I once was so depressed about where I was and my weight gain it was ruining my life. When you decide ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! THIS IS NOT WHERE I WANT TO BE... Is where you will take action!
Sometimes I fall. Heck I fall everyday but the falling isn’t as hard and it’s easier to get back up because of all I’ve learned from my Tribe & being surrounded my them ❤️ So if you want something different you have to do something different, right?! I’ve DECIDED I’m not going to be the statistic that gains 7-10 lbs through the holidays, I’m going to work on being my healthiest & happiest.
Remember, we are in control of our own joy, it’s no one else’s job to make us “feel” good about ourselves. It’s ours and DANG IT... WE ARE ENOUGH! WE ARE WORTH THE FIGHT! 💪

Hate to see you hurt bro. I’ve seen nearly every one of your snaps in person since your rookie year. I’ve seen you for tune ups before games and for treatments after. I’ve seen you in the off-season grinding, getting better by putting in extra work. Ive seen you stay quiet, keep your head down and work right thru challenges and obstacles. I’ve seen you celebrate team victories and life accomplishments. And I’ve seen you grow as a person, husband and father. These are just some of the reasons I know I’ll see you back on the field, better than before, doing what you love. Remember what / who you do it for! I used to tell people I wasn’t creative. I felt like if I had something I was outwardly proud of I’d seem obnoxious or arrogant.
Have you ever done that? Made yourself smaller to make people like you. Have you ever shrank yourself down in order to not be “to much”?
I did, more times than I can count. But one day I realized that was completely ridiculous. God made me this way. I have skills and passions and talents that I am meant to have.
We are all given something that is uniquely ours. We aren’t meant to hid it or shrink down so others don’t see it. We are meant to USE it!
Some of my gifts are my creativity, my attention to detail, my passion for people and how I can support them where they need it.
I have an obsession with learning. Anything I can get my paws on I learn from, anywhere or any way I can. I love learning and sharing what I learn with others.
I’d hate to know where I’d be if I had continued to hide, shrink and act insignificant. That’s not what I’m meant for and neither are you.

Formulate a strategy and then execute your plan with discipline and persistence. Do what you know you must do. Soul search. Fight stagnation. Today I am making a list of things that I love doing vs the things I must do. My strategy is to sandwich those not so fun things between good things. To help keep my focus and positive energy flowing. If you feel like you have a mountain to climb, sprinkle in little things that make you happy. Those tough decisions won’t have time to get you down.. or down for too long. Stand up straight, eyes forward and keep on going. Remember everyone is going through something, try to show compassion for yourself and be kind to others. @deadlifttillimdeadtees @deadlifttillimdead People ask me all the time why I love working out so much? My response to them is always the same. How can you not? The weights are the one thing where if you give it your everything it will give it right back! They don’t pretend to be something only to be proven to be something else. The rules of the relationship are fucking simple lift heavy shit with the best of your ability! Some days you win and somedays you will want to crawl in bed and start day over but one thing is always constant. You work hard at it and you will be better for it! Pulled 740 last night! Had to hitch it over thighs at top because once again no baby powder but just look at that grind. Whole body shaking, shins and nose bleeding and people who I don’t even know yelling for me to complete the lift! Anybody who has followed my progress knows I will pull this plus 5-10 extra pounds clean in a couple weeks! So I will take this for now but I am in no way satisfied!!! I wasn’t even planning on pulling tonight but my new @yicompete belt came in and I had to give it a go and man let me tell you this belt is amazing! Great quality and the price destroys any of the bigger named companies. The craftsmanship is equal to my pioneer belt and 1/3 of the cost!!!
