One day I will write a book about some unique transactions/clients I had. I make sure to save those stories, I just can't share some of them yet🙊
But I can share this one:
Perhaps it falls into the top 5 of all my unique sales in 12 years in business.
It started back in spring, when a homeowner found me online, through a blog about #BMR that I wrote. He bought his condo under this program and needed to find out how he could sell it. We found out that he can sell it regular way and agreed to put it on the market after our summer travels.
Then in July, when I was in Minsk, I got a call from him that he had to move to TX asap and can't wait till fall. He needed to sell his condo now. Unfortunately, I could not help, since I was out of the country. He listed it with another Realtor.
Fast forward I am working with my new buyers to find a condo for their parents. And what do I see???!!??? That same condo is still on the market. Perfect for my buyers. Waiting for us since July!
I wrote to the seller, he said he would be more than happy to sell it to my clients.
So I sold it. From the other side 🤩

Now that I’m all moved in, I want to take time out to say thank you to the BEST realtor @laneisha_the_go_to_realtor ! The sign we’re holding is nothing but the truth.
