Fermented almond cheese

Ingredients
Cheese
2 cups peeled almonds (soaked for 8 hours)
1 cup water
1 Tbsp miso
2 Tbsp rejuvelac (see below)
3 Tbsp dried oregano
1/4 cup chives, finely chopped
1 lime freshly squeezed
1 tsp sea salt
pepper to taste

Rejuvelac
1/2 cup barley grains
2 cups water

Method
Cheese
1.In a blender add, almonds, water, miso and rejuvelac, blend it until you get a paste.
2.Rest a sieve in a bowl and line it with a piece of cheese cloth, pour the almond paste into the sieve and close the cheese cloth, squeezing the paste to remove excess liquid.
3.Leave it for 6 to 8 hours at room temperature to ferment. When the cheese is ready, add herbs and salt.
4.Keep in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Rejuvelac
1.Wash the barley, place in a glass jar with water and cover. Store at room temperature for 24 hours.

Ça fait drôlement longtemps que je ne me suis pas pointé le nez sur Instagram. Mon agenda est plein, mon temps libre se fait rare, mais je vis bien avec ça. Hi everybody ! Who is pizza addict here ? 😍 I’m in love with pizza and especially when it’s vegan and healthy pizza ! 😜 the dough is make without flour only with broccoli 🙊😍! It’s super easy and quick to make ! So for people in a hurry it’s perfect for you haha 😜 and you, do you already tried to cook a broccoli pizza ? 😋😋 Recipe 
1 broccoli 
3 TBSP chia seeds 
1 avocado 
2 carrots (orange and purple)
1/3 smocked firm tofu 
6 TBSP water 
1 tsp paprika 
Salt 
1️⃣ in the bowl add chia seeds and water, even lets 10 minuts.
2️⃣ preheating your oven. In the blender mix your broccoli, you must obtain grains. Add chia and water and mix again. Spread the mixture  and bake for 20 minuts at 210C or 400F.
3️⃣ realize guacamole with avocado. crush with a fork avocado, add paprika and salt and mix. Râpez your carrots, and scramble your tofu. 
4️⃣ When your dough at broccoli is baked spread guacamole and add tofu and carrots. Your pizza is ready 😜😜😜! •

Hello tout le monde ! Qui est fan de pizza ici ? J’adore manger des pizza et encore plus quand elles sont vegan et healthy 😜! Ici la pâte est réalisée sans farine seulement avec du brocolis 🙊😍! C’est super facile et rapide à préparer ! Donc les personnes pressées cette recette est faite pour vous haha 😂😘 Et vous, avez-vous déjà essayé de faire une pizza au brocolis ? 😋😋 Recette : 
1 brocolis 
3 CAS de graines de chia 
1 avocat 
2 carottes (une orange et une violette)
1/3 de tofu fumé
6 CAS d’eau 
1 CAC de paprika 
Sel 
1️⃣ dans un bol mélangez les graines de chia et l’eau, puis laissez poser 10 minutes.
2️⃣ préchauffer votre four à 210 degré. Dans un robot mixer votre brocolis, vous devez obtenir des grains. Ajoutez ensuite le mélange de graines de chia et d’eau. Puis mixer encore. 
3️⃣ étalez la pâte sur une plaque de cuisson puis enfournez pendant 20 minutes à 210 degré.
4️⃣ réalisez votre guacamole : écrasez l’avocat avec une fourchette et ajoutez le paprika et le sel puis mélangez. Rappel les carottes et et effilez le tofu pour faire un effet brouillée. 
5️⃣ lorsque la pâte à pizza brocolis est cuite, étalez de guacamole et ajoutez le carottes et le tofu ! Vous n’avez plus qu’à déguster 😍😜

I'm not even so sure myself since I've never tried going gluten free for a prolonged period of time🤔 But I was playing around with different gluten free flours to see how they would turn out when making pancakes. Annd, they turned out pretty good if I do say so myself😏 It has a nutty taste because I used a blend of buckwheat, brown rice, and oat flour. Also, don't those bananas look like slices of butter?? 😂

⅓ cup uncooked millet or quinoa (or 1 cup cooked)

1 cup old fashioned oats (use certified gluten-free oats if you are avoiding gluten)

1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained (or 2 cups cooked black beans)

½ small red onion, diced

½ cup lightly packed fresh cilantro leaves, chopped

2 teaspoons cumin powder

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon chipotle powder or smoked hot paprika

½ teaspoon cayenne powder (optional, to taste)

½ teaspoon salt

High quality vegetable oil for cooking burgers (or coconut oil, if you don’t mind the coconut taste, olive oil may burn)

8 whole wheat hamburger buns (optional)

Cookies and Cupcakes for work

Für den Keksteig:
200 g Puderzucker
2 EL Zimt
8 EL Wasser
1 EL Zitronensaft
200 g gemahlene Haselnüsse
200 g gemahlene Mandeln
1 EL geriebene Orangenschale
etwas Mehl für die Arbeitsfläche

Für den Guss
150 g Puderzucker
etwas Wasser
1 TL Zimt

Alle Zutaten, bis auf das Mehl, sorgfältig miteinander vermengen.

Die Arbeitsfläche großzügig mit Mehl bestäuben. Wundert euch nicht, der Teig klebt sehr, also seid nicht zu sparsam mit dem Mehl. Falls der Teig sich nur schwer verarbeiten lässt, verzweifelt nicht, sondern gebt noch etwas Mehl in die Masse.

Jetzt den Teig ca. 1 cm dick ausrollen. Ihr könnt ihn auch dünner machen, aber dann wird es aufgrund der klebrigen Konsistenz etwas schwieriger die Sterne von der Arbeitsfläche zu bekommen.

Mit der Keksform Sterne ausstechen und auf ein mit Backpapier bestücktes Blech legen.

Die Kekse im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 230°C für 5-7 Minuten backen.Ganz wichtig: Nicht länger backen, da die Zimtsterne sonst austrocknen! Sie sind zwar noch relativ weich, wenn sie aus dem Ofen kommen, werden beim Abkühlen aber noch fest.

Während die Kekse im Ofen sind, könnt ihr schon den Guss anrühren. Hierfür einfach alle Zutaten miteinander verrühren, so dass eine dickflüssig Masse entsteht (eventuell müsst ihr etwas mehr Puderzucker oder Wasser hinzugeben). Die Kekse auf einem Kuchengitter abkühlen lassen und anschließend mit dem Guss bestreichen.

Hy everybody 🙋 You know what time it is...#pizzafriday 🙌 Had a little pizza party at my place with 4 kinds of mini pizza 🍕 Which one would you choose first 💚?

Vegan.DIY: Pizza Cheese.
- mix 1 Tbsp tapioca starch, 1/3 cup nutritional yeast and 1 Tsp salt in 1 cup full fat coconut milk until the starch is completely dissolved.
- blend this mixture with 2 cups cooked, diced and drained potatoes (about 300g) while they are still hot.
- mixture should be thick, creamy and gooey.
- top your pizza, lasagna, toast or whatever you prefer with the cheese and bake at 180°C/350°F until golden brown.
- enjoy 😊

Easy Spiced Vanilla Chai Oatmeal with caramelized bananas 🥣
HAPPY MONDAY insta fam!!! Today’s breakfast was nothing but experimental. I was sitting in my couch last night sipping my chai latte and suddenly it occurred to me how delicious it would be to make creamy oats with the spices I use for my tea. So that’s how this yummy bowl of creamy spiced vanilla chai oatmeal came to life. Here is a recipe. Hope you give it a try. Wishing you guys an amazing week ahead! 
Spiced Vanilla Chai Oatmeal 
2 servings 
Ingredients
For the Spiced Vanilla Chai Oatmeal
* 2 black tea bags
* 1 cup water
* 2 teaspoons chai seasoning (see below) * 1 1/2 cups old fashoned rolled oats
* 2 cups plant milk of your choice. I used cashew milk. * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Homemade Chai Seasoning
* 1 tablespoon ground ginger
* 1 teaspoons ground cinnamon
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
* 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* 1 teaspoon ground cardamon * 1/3 tsp black pepper 
For the Chai Seasoning
1. Mix all the spices together and store in air-tight container. Use for homemade chai lattes and oats. 
For the Chai Oatmeal
1. In a medium saucepan, bring water, nut milk, chai seasoning and tea bags to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently. 
2. Take out the tea bags and stir in oats.  Cook until thick, about 5 minutes. Stir in vanilla extract and serve. 
For the topping, caramelize bananas in a 1 tsp of vegan butter in a cast iron pan until golden on one side. Too your oats, with caramelized bananas, cocoa nibs, blueberries and whatever else you like. Enjoy! .

This nice cream is also delicious as a smoothie, like I had it, with additional 40g of spinach. I added the sunflowers seeds in the end and swirled it underneath, this way I had more to chew.

Avocado's are super delicious and healthy. Yes, they are full of fat... But it's good fat (not saturated)! They have over 20 different vitamins and minerals, and they contain more potassium than bananas which makes them the perfect superfood to avoid muscle cramps.

I try to eat avocado daily. I put it on toast, I add it to sandwiches and salads....I have even made dessert out of it 🖤 They are so versatile in the kitchen which is why I love them!

Na ihr! Ich hoffe ihr hattet alle einen guten Start in die neue Woche. Meiner war ziemlich chaotisch, hab nämlich total verpennt, obwohl mein Wecker direkt(!) neben mir lag. Gingerbread linzer cookies ☆ with raspberry jam ❣️
Save this recipe to add it to your Christmas baking or tag someone to make it for you this Christmas 🎄 .

It is Vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free!
And it only requires 5 main ingredients!
Yes lately I am all about recipe smart not hard! Because delicious food doesn’t have to be complicated, well in the most part ☺️

Ingredients:
1 & 1/4 cup almond flour 
1/4 arrowroot flour
1 tsp ginger spice*
Pinch salt 
2 tbsp melted coconut oil or grape seed oil
3 tbsp maple syrup ————
Raspberry jam
Powdered sugar (optional)

Over a medium bowl, add all dry ingredients & Sift through a mesh strainer, mix.
Add the oil & maple syrup and mix until soft dough forms.

Flour a clean surface with almond flour, and roll the dough 1/2 inch thick.
Using linzer cookie cutters, create cookie with your favorite shape ☆♡ Bake at 350 F for 8 to 9 mins or until golden brown.

Makes 24 plain cookies which makes 12 linzer cookies. 
Add 1/2 tsp raspberry jam between 2 cookies.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar ❣️
This would make a nice Christmas gift 🎁 at the door of your loved ones, do you agree? .

On another note, after 2 weeks of feeling uninspired & a little down, I feel like I am getting out of that mood little by little.
What did I do? Nothing! I just didn’t resist it. It‘s ok not to feel top all the time! It is actually necessary for our continuous transformation ♥️
So if you are not feeling so good, don’t worry, don’t fight it, don’t punish yourself, don’t talk negatively to yourself, just considered it as a time off & be easy on yourself. Nothing stays amazing or horrible all the time, we must go through day& night, rain & sunshine, that s just part of life.

The husbo’s feeling under the weather, so I made a vegan version of Arroz Caldo, a Filipino rice porridge with onions, garlic, and ginger. The dish traditionally has chicken, which I subbed out for veggies. I added rainbow carrots and sautéed mushrooms. I also diced up some tofu, which I coated in poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. I seasoned up the veggie broth with No-Chicken bouillon cubes and topped with a lemon wedge, carrot ribbons, cilantro, green onions, and fried garlic. It was awesome! 🍲🍄🥕🌱

Food is a huge passion of mine, and because I want to eat whatever I want, I run every morning, and then I do weights a few times a week. It's just how I can balance eating pancakes in the morning, a big burger for lunch, and then a fat steak and cheesecake at night.

When I get the chance to make my favorite breakfast on the weekend, I often choose to make pancakes.

I'm a breakfast type of guy. Don't get me wrong. I can cook, I'm kinda nice on the burner, but I enjoy making breakfast. I do it all... Scrambled eggs... French toast... Pancakes... Breakfast is my thing.

PEANUT PROTEIN BARS🥜

Ich mache gerne Proteinriegel/Kügelchen/Bites, normalerweise sind sie aber roh und mit Proteinpulver.
Diesmal habe ich was neues ausprobiert und diese Schätze sind gebacken und ganz ohne Proteinpulver 😊
Zudem sind sie kalorienarm, zuckerfrei, glutenfrei und ölfrei - also absolut clean und schmecken köstlich 😋

Bei 20 Riegeln hat einer
80 kcal, 7.2g C, 3.7g P, 3.7g F
.
Du benötigst
60g Hafermehl
40g Erdnussmehl oder PB2/Nussmehl/mehr Hafermehl
260g Kichererbsen (oder weiße Bohnen)
1 zermanschte Banane
3 Medjool Datteln
20g geröstete Erdnüsse 
Je 20g Chia- und Leinsamen (in 80ml Wasser eingeweicht)
60g Erdnussmus (oder anderes Nussmus)
Optional
2 EL Hanfsamen/andere Samen/Nüsse

Backrohr auf 200°C vorheizen.
Datteln und Erdnüsse in 40ml Wasser einweichen und mit Kichererbsen und etwas Wasser pürieren, bis eine zähflüssige Masse entsteht. Restliche Zutaten dazu und vermengen.
Eine rechteckige Form mit Backpapier auskleiden, den Teig einfüllen und glatt streichen.
Ca. 35 Minuten backen, bis die Masse schön braun und nicht mehr klebrig ist (Stäbchenprobe).
Auskühlen lassen (sehr schwierig!), in Stücke schneiden und genießen! 😁

40g peanut flour or PB2 or any other nut flour or more oat flour
260g chickpeas (or white beans for more protein)
1 mashed banana
3 medjool dates, chopped
20g roasted peanuts
20g chia seeds + flax seeds each, soaked in 80ml water
60g peanut butter (or any other nut butter)
Optional
2 tbsp hemp seeds/other seeds/nuts
.
Perheat the oven to 200°C.
Soak dates + peanuts in 40ml water and blend w/ chickpeas + water till creamy.
Mix all together, fill the dough into a form and smooth down.
Bake about 35 min till golden brown and not more sticky (test with a skewer).
Let it cool down (not that easy!), cut into pieces and enjoy 😁
