Closeted trans people are really struggling to fit in. Pronouns are really important and if a closeted trans is able to come out to you and tell you there secret and ask you if you could use there prefered pronoun then the most respectable thing to do would be to listen to them. Be there for them no matter what, family can be harsh of pronoun and not use the correct one on purpose. If you see a trans person out and struggling to be who they really feel like they are then help them. Call them there real pronoun, just saying hi and helping out means so much to just one person. You could have just made there day just by speaking up. It can be really lonely in the LGBTQ+ communtiy and so you try and find people on line and yeah that works and all but some people you just can't trust. You just have to remember that there are a lot of predators out there and to be safe for who you trust. Before you tell someone about your a closeted trans, make sure you can trust them. You have time to think of who you want to be and what you are.
I’m grateful and luck to have been alive after I was mugged last week Saturday by a group of my foreign brothers. A big thank you to my #family , #partner and #friends for the #support they gave me.
Without you I would not have made it. I forgive but not forget and I’m healing slowly but surely. FG
Re-call time ! Climb right shin guard pads have a bad design. ☠️☠️☠️The angles of the guard are Obtuse (not90 degree)they do not run flush against the spikes shank. There is a 1/16 “ gap so if you look, as you tighten the the Velcro straps it forces the the plate toward your body, with every step up in tree it flex’s outward causes stress at the bend. This could have gotten me serious hurt as I worked yesterday. The pads are poorly made ! Please help flag this product #repost#climbright#baddesign#treelife#treelife#worksafe @meskinric thanks for the DM but we need to keep everyone safe and pull this product! I do not abuse my gear ! I just work hard everyday the spikes are less than three yrs old 👊they are not safe don’t send me these pads. #theyarenogood#besafe#dontgethurt#obtuse#angle#not90degrees#help
Okokok one more throwback then I'm done for today I swear 😂😂
This one is my head injury look and tbh this one I hold dear to my heart for a very special reason. I ride a moped, not a motorcycle cause ya girl sucks at using a clutch, and I constantly see people with no helmet on. (I ride in a state where it's only illegal under 18.) And it breaks my heart knowing at any moment one slip up caused by them or another driver, or heck even something on the road can lead to death. Please be safe, and please wear/use proper protection in transportation because they really all are death machines and we should treat them as such.
I strongly believe if you legally have to wear a seat belt, you legally should wear a 3/4 helmet or more on two wheels.
Stay safe everyone, people love you and we dont want you gone too early if it could have been prevented.

ARE YOU TRAVELING THIS SUMMER?
Check his out 🏖
Why do we get sick when traveling? 🤢
The human immune system is programmed to adapt to our environment. This means that antibodies are produced to fight the harmful substances that it encounters regularly.
When we travel to a different environment, we don’t have natural defences set up against the many “bugs” that live there.
The good news is that probiotics prevent unsavoury reactions. All of the good and bad bacteria in our body make up our microbiome, and a balanced one—with plenty of good bacteria—balances our immune system, regulates our blood sugar and helps absorb nutrients. Beneficial bacteria also work to prevent damage to our gut lining and to crowd out any invaders that try to settle in.
When our probiotic population is too low and our microbiome becomes unbalanced, we can become susceptible to inhospitable bacteria that we encounter in our travels. Many aspects of our modern lifestyles can deplete the good bacteria in our gut. Getting onto a good quality probiotic before you travel is important.
So if you are planning to travel this summer, or you are just not feeling ‘right' in the stomach, click on the link below and find our more. You will also receive $10 off your first order with this code.

Sound on for this one! I added a narrative to it. Leg extensions CAN be a good exercise to have in your routine, but there are some important things to remember:
Don't hyperextend (lockout) your knees. This can lead to unnecessary tension and serious injury. It also makes the exercise less effective. If you keep the tension on your muscles rather than locking it out, you will feel more of a burn.
If the machine makes you reach too far underneath you to start out with the weight, skip leg extensions. Hopefully the gym you train that has a well-designed leg extension machine, but you don't want your knees to be put in a vulnerable position by having your feet too far underneath you with all that weight. Do some lunges or some step-ups instead.
Always maintain control, and don't feel the need to go heavy on these. They are an accessory move, and should be treated as such. Keep the rep count high, I did 20 reps per set for 4 sets.
Security Tip of the Week - We all know you should not text and drive but you also shouldn’t text while stopped at a light either. When your head is down you are not paying attention to what is around you.
According to dmv.org research shows texting - on average - causes a loss of focus on the road for 4.6 seconds. You can drive the length of a full football field in that time. A lot can go wrong when you drive the length of a football field without your eyes on the road.
Engage in Mission-Oriented behavior while driving.
See the attached story regarding a 19 year old driver that caused a fatal accident in Missouri because he was texting.
December 2018: AIDS Awareness Month
December is the month dedicated to HIV prevention. This virus acts on the immune system. Currently there is no permanent cure or vaccine. Be cautious. Do not be afraid to ask for blood tests in consultors: they are free and anonymous . Do it for yourself and for those who love you. Thank you for listening to me and have a good day.
