How hard are you willing to work towards your goals? And if you don’t have specific goals does that lessen your desire to put the work in?
I’ve been asked a few times lately what I am training for. Honestly, right now? Just life. I love the feeling when I walk out of the gym knowing that whether it was a heavy day, sweat day, active rest day or just a mobility day - I did something to better myself in more ways than just physically. Training gives me more self awareness of my body and a shift on how I choose to feed and take care of it. I am better, stronger and faster at 31 than I ever was in my 20s.
Our newest addition to the studio fridge: next level hydration. 💦 Welcome to the #HSMfamily @quantumcbdh2o. 💕 This beautiful bottle contains pure, THC-free phytocannabinoid rich extracts + a perfectly pH-balanced water for maximum bioavailability, and ultimate cellular hydration. 🙌 Available in the studio now! 💧
The fact I was training twice a day when I was working at a local supermarket and even staff and friends were asking for guidance on their training was pretty obvious working out was a great passion of mine.
I’ve also been very passionate on self improvement. At everything I do I want to be the best I can be.
Finding a career that helps others to improve their life is the most rewarding feeling anyone can have.
So this is why I choose to PT and it’s the reason Why I’m still doing it to this day!

A woman who looks & smells good, dresses & speaks well, loves & laughs often, is kind & giving, has drive & ambition, has confidence & class, fears no one but God, AND is all about her business... IS WINNING. 🙌🏼🙏🏼
It’s important as women to raise each other up, push each other to be better, and to always embrace each other instead of comparing one woman to the next because we are ALL amazing and can do anything we want with drive and courage! Don’t let the “Norm” of society get in your way of the things that mean the most to you and what empowers you to be the person that you are! EMBRACE YOURSELF every single day and never stop believing you are capable of anything you put your mind to!! ❤️
I had an incredible conversation today with two creative entrepreneurial women. We spanned into a range of topics; touching on feminism, self care, mental health and social activism.
We've each played a role in helping others advance their careers and one of the things we've all noticed is that the women we've worked with generally ask for less money than their male peers. These same women are often mentors who champion others to acknowledge their own value.
I know there are social constructs that play into value, these constructs filter into things like pay and other issues - but I can't help but wonder, how radical would it be if these talented individuals asked for, and received what they deserve.
It's not just pay, everytime you (he/she/they/you) tell someone "You did a great job", think about the last time you told yourself that. Or what about when you tell someone "you need to look after yourself", are you applying that inwardly?
Social activism isn't just about placards it's also about leading by example. What's a better example than living your best possible life by valuing yourself as highly as you regard others.
You matter too, and putting yourself first is a gift for everyone.
One year difference in two photos 💙
It’s a huge happiness to hear your own voice of heart without fears and doubts.
It’s a pure happiness have your own dream and don’t put attention what others will say about that . It means to be powerful and brave enough in order to be responsible for your own desire.
I am the happiest woman in the Galaxy that my dream turned to reality one year ago . ✨Homebirth.
Also I am thankful for those who helped me with that . 💙
LITTLE YOU 🧚🏼♀️💓🦋.
What would you say....if you had the chance....to speak to your little YOU today?
What is it that she’d/he’d need to hear....
So she/he can stand tall & shine her/his light....
And own the magic of being her/him....
What would you say? 🦋
Id say this:
Nic Nic (that’s what my step-dad called me 😊)....you’ve done nothing wrong. Other people’s anger is not about you. Let them have their feelings and just walk away.
Your energy & brightness is beautiful. Magical in fact. Don’t hide away or be small.
Not everyone will be comfortable with it, and that’s ok too.
Let others do them...whilst you just do you.
Life works better that way.
Life is too short & so very precious.
So don’t hold back on your dreams.
Dance if you want to dance.
Sing if you want to sing.
And let yourself laugh out loud. ALOT!
The feelings you feel are allowed.
All of them.
Cry if you need.
Be angry if that’s coming through.
But don’t tidy them away or be ashamed.
There’s nothing wrong with you or who you are.
You are loved.
You are safe.
You are welcomed.
And I am glad that you are here.
Be sweet little one today.
All is well.
I am here.
All is well 💓🦋🧚🏼♀️🙏🏼🔥.
You see, we can’t go back... in time,
But we don’t need to.
You can speak to your little you right now.
And it’s powerful...really powerful.
And can create big healing.
To help things be whole again.
And at peace.
I’ve seen it happen..for hundreds of women.
Including myself 🧚🏼♀️.
So...if you could (which you can 😊) what would you say?
So she doesn’t start hiding.
And she can shine bright
And she can be her 🦋.
And you.... can be YOU.
What would you say?
What would you say?
Share below or tag a friend who needs to hear this today 💓🦋.
Love you ☺️🙏🏼. #bepowerful .
