Another day; another salad. Always wanting to use fresh produce...I added plenty of veggie goodness to the @yourtaylorfarms Asiago Kale Chopped Salad. The cheese and croutons went on my roomie’s half...but to mine I added some bell pepper and tomato that a coworker gave me the other day. Also avocado and @mezzetta Hot Pepper Rings. And then I used @traderjoes Green Goddess Salad Dressing. Delightful!! So much fresh flavor! Eat your plants! 🥗🍅🌶🥑

Having a lazy lunch today (didn’t feel like cutting up the cucumber and bell pepper) while I work on my two assignments. I’m fidgety while I work and I always need to be doing two things at a time, so it helps to have something to munch on.
