💪🏽 baby I’m just tryna change da game 💥 (2 videos ➡️) My first session of stunt training! And to think I used to be frightened of heights; you should’ve seen my wobbly knees before my first free-fall off this wall. Within a few hours of practice, I was courageously flying and flipping! Challenging myself to overcome mental barriers and pushing physical abilities have strengthened confidence in achieving self-goals. My friends — take that leap! 🙏🏽 #BelieveInYourself#GoGetEm

#tbt to the very early chapters of my musical journey 🚀
It seems like yesterday when I was busking on the streets of Vancouver with a guitar and a looper. I truly believed that that the entire world is my stage, and I still do to this day. I have always dreamed of opportunities to showcase my sound on stage playing with a band or DJing my own music at festivals. I never could have imagined that I would do both a day apart from each other.
Tomorrow, I will be headed down to the Gorge Amphitheater to see Phish for the following 3 nights. Although I have never been there, many people have told me that it is the most beautiful concert venue in the world. I hope this trip to be a selphish time of celebration filled with inspiration, appreciation, and motivation.
Thank you to the stars, all the souls I have met, and to the very existence of music.
P.S. I have some exciting news lined up when I get back for my European friends 🎉

I was challenged, fulfilled, and excited to connect on such an authentic level for such a rad company that stands by beautiful beliefs.
Gratitude to the fantastic team, participants, musicians, etc who put so much love and work into paving a platform where I could teach and share what true beauty is through yoga, breath, and meditation.

Your brand reputation is critical to your business’ success and growth. A positive brand reputation builds customer loyalty, and turns your customers into advocates of your business. We live in a digital age where brand reputation or online ranking is directly correlated to consumer purchases. Our customers are inundated with brand messages day in and day out. For our brand to stand out, we need to have a consistent, valuable message that we are getting to them. When your customer hears the same message repeated, it is more likely to stick and to mean something to them each time they hear it. You don't want to be annoying about it, but the more you repeat your message, the larger the audience you will reach. When you post something once, it's lost in a sea of competitive messages, but when you put your message out there again and again, it's more likely to be seen and remembered. Tell me – what repetition are you using to get your brand message out and to build your reputation? 👊 #getunstoppable
How we talk to ourselves is everything. Attacking ourselves for being fat, lazy, compulsive, defensive, insecure......we are human and thats why we need forgiving in the first place. Because we are destined to make mistakes so we may grow. When I say positive things to myself and others it makes me feel lifted. On the same note I can make myself feel really really bad too. However I am getting really good at catching my self criticism and ending it with a positive solution or intention.
If we spoke good to ourselves without ego and without feeling weird. We would take ourselves so much further. Because we can only take ourselves as far as we believe we can go.
The Elephant and The Rope -
A gentlemen was walking through an elephant camp and he spotted that the elephants weren't being kept in cages or held by the use of chains. All that was holding them back from escaping the camp was a small piece of rope tired to one of their legs.
As the man gazed upon the elephants, he was completely confused as to why the elephants didn't just use their strength to break the rope and escape the camp. they could easily have done so, but instead, they didn't try to at all.
Curious and wanting to know the answer, he asked a trainer nearby why the elephants were just standing there and never tried to escape.
The trainer replied "when they are very young and much smaller, we use the same size rope to tie them and, at that age, it's enough to hold them. As they grow up, they are conditioned to believe they cannot break away. They believe the rope can still hold them, so they never try to break free". The only reason that the elephants weren't breaking free and escaping from the camp was that over time they adopted the belief that it just wasn't possible.
Moral of the story: No matter how much the world tries to hold you back, always continue with the belief that what you want to achieve is possible. Believing you can become successful is the most important step in actually achieving it! -Unknown
“Be brave enough to listen to your own heart” Often times I believe we know almost instantaneously ( aka intuition ) if we are aligned. Sometimes it’s easier for some because we have learned to listen to our inner voice, to become connected & to eliminate so much of the “noise”. This I know is VERY hard to do without awareness & learning to let go. Let go of ego, let go of judgment & let go of how it should be. Start there. Learn to listen quickly to your intuition, it always knows the way 💓😘😉
