We always assume the possible is impossible. Our minds safety mechanism will always make us choose what we know our abilities can handle based on all of our positive achievements. Yes I work weekends! We eat everyday right?? (I hope you do anyway!) 🍗 3.5ozs roasted chicken breast (roasted at 350deg F; bone-in w/ skin: this helps prevent drying out and not having to cook in a bunch of oil or you can grill boneless/skinless) 🍚 93g or 1/2c quinoa (cooked in bone broth)
3ozs beets (steamed)
1c or 1.9ozs Brussels Sprouts (lightly sautéed in 1/3c water and 1TBSP olive oil and some cumin)
CALS—> 415 (23% of daily total (DT))

When I am on point, I literally see nothing but macros when I think of food.
It takes an incredible amount of discipline and time to do all of this.
I make my list, I shop, I cook everything, I weight every single bite that goes into my mouth, I track my macros to I maximize the effectiveness of what I eat, and I track the micronutrients to make sure I am getting plenty of minerals etc.
