TRUTH : SIBO has me exhausted every day. From the moment I wake up, I want to go back to bed. BUT I just finished upper body workout and I’m so thankful that I’m still able to sweat. I might not have control over what my body is currently doing, but I do have control over still keeping it healthy and active. 💪🏻 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Its all about the fight. I’m giving my body activity, more sleep, and a proper SIBO specific diet. I will continue fighting and trying to find out what treatment/diet my body responds well to because I’ve been through worse and I’m one of the strongest people I know. If anyone can get through this, it’s me 👊🏻 #cfs

I was a person who quit on herself more times than I could could. Start a diet, stop a diet. Eat healthy for a few days and then quit. On the wagon, off the wagon.
I did that for years!! WHY? Because I didnt believe I was worth committing too. I didnt have the support I have now.
2.5 years and counting. Learning to live my best life. Learning that I am important. Learning self love.
That has led me to follow 30 minute workout programs from home, follow a simple nutrition plan and fuel my body with a superpower superfood shake daily.
The results are a continuous work in progress. What is important is that I am seeing that progress.

Enorm trots op deze harde werker! Van 117kg naar nu 104kg (- 13kg vetmassa), van niet sporten naar fanatiek 3 keer per week kracht training! Daarbij blijven we hard werken aan het blijven aanleren van nieuwe werkbare gewoontes en het behouden van een gezond voedingspatroon!
Hij geniet van zijn eten en heeft geen honger gevoel. Ook heeft hij geleerd om eten niet als ‘goed’ of ‘fout’ te zien en kan daardoor ook buiten de deur eten zonder schuldgevoel. Zijn kwaliteit van leven neemt niet af door deze levensstijl, maar het neemt juist enorm toe!

Goar had just finished a long day of education when she received a note from a woman named Alina, asking her to do a makeover for her mother, Ravilia. I’m so thankful that I didn’t quit.
That I didn’t listen to the negative voices.
That I put my blinders on and ignored the nay sayers around me.
I’m so glad that even though it was hard to see the big picture in the day to day struggle, that I trusted the process and stayed the course.
There were a million opportunities for me to quit and go back to my old lifestyle. There have been a thousand life events that could have served as great excuses. I could have done what everybody else does & given up instead of facing the obstacles head on. .
But I didn’t, because I’ve always had THIS vision front and center in my mind. I’ve always known what I was fighting for. .
I can tell you that every ounce of HARD was WORTH IT. Every bead of sweat, every tear of frustration, every page of personal development I read… ALL worth it to know that my decision to keep going has gotten us here.

Wow!!! This pic is literally from 1 year ago today! Our very first day filming “The Wakeup Call” Movie. What a lot of people don’t know is that this movie right here is really my main reason for wanting to lose weight. As soon as I found out we were going to do a movie, my thoughts were “I will NOT be fat in my first film!!” I started trying to make changes and began working out. By the time we started filming I had already lost a total of 20lbs. I still wasn’t where I wanted to be, but I was happy about the progress I had already made and the direction my body was going in. I had people trying to discourage me, people who were telling me they couldn’t see any difference after I had lost 20lbs, making comments like “oh, where’d you lose it?!” 🙄but I kept going even after we stopped filming. The old me use to give up on things so easily, but something was different about this time because I wanted to prove a point to myself, and the ones who were doubting me. So after the movie I got deeper and deeper into trying to complete my goal, and altogether I was able to lose 75lbs in 8 months. I just say this to say if you have a goal, no matter what it is, no matter how big or small DO IT, and don’t give up!!!! People will try to discourage you, discredit you, and do or say everything under the sun just to stop you. It may take you awhile to complete your goals but I promise when you complete them the reward will feel so amazing!! Over the weekend a lot of people didn’t even know I was my character and that was a great feeling!! I initially posted this to my main IG, mostly to show myself that if my man can love me as much “before” as he does “after” then why can’t I? I’m so blessed to be with someone who genuinely loves me for who I am more so than what I look like. The circumareolar mastopexy (dounut Lift) Is a minimally invasive breastlift technique that is very difficult to do well and it is why a lot of plastic surgeons don't like to do it. The textbook of #plasticsurgery says you can only move the nipple upward by no more than 2 to 3 cm. Any more than that would create excessive skin wound edge that has to be tailored into the circumference of the areola causing too much unsightly pleating in the skin. It's also hard to make the areola round due to tension and the breast tend to be flattened out and the scars can be thick and wide. However, I love this technique and have perfected it over the past 18 years.. we do more of this minimal scar technique than the traditional inverted T lift. We lifted her nipples by 5-6cm. The nipples are perfectly round and symmetrical. The scars are hardly visible. Best of all, she retained full sensation of her nipples. I love making my patients happy #beforeandafter

Idag jag vägt och mätt mig.
Visade några minus på måttbandet och även -4kg på vågen på en månad. Har sammanlagt gått ner 10 kilo eftersom jag vägt 123kg som mest, innan jag började ta tag i saker och ting. Har lång väg kvar men det är iallafall en början 🤗 - Trots minus på vågen känner jag mig inte ”nöjd”. Men antar att det kanske kommer?
Har någon tips på bra övningar som minskar ”hängmagen” så tar jag gärna emot det 🌸
PS, ska självklart stå kg och inte cm på vikten idag, är bara jag som är trött efter att ha jobbat många dagar i rad 🤣
