Made butterfly pea coconut milk shakes .I should have used more butterfly pea flowers to make it *purplish*look .here is my recipe: coconut milk + beet sugar or any choice of sweetener +butterfly pea flowers+coconut flakes+ beet juice powder to combine flakes in it for topping. Indulging in moderation & creating a healthy relationship with food is essential to a happy life! My aim is not to create a restrictive diet, but a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable & enjoyable. It is not only nourishing for your body, but your soul. 
Like all things in life, the key to success is consistency, moderation and balance. It’s made with cooked white rice cut with powdered beets (I blitzed up a few beet chips😉) & sprinkled lightly with salt before forming it into a chunky triangle (wrapping it in plastic helps). I snuck some avocado pieces inside for a nice color and texture. Then I wrapped a strip of white sandwich cheese around the base (I used butterkäse) and added a little white rice ball on top (you could put a yummy piped mound of cream cheese instead).🍙❤️

I found out that not only does beet powder turn whatever you add it to a beautiful color, it’s also really good for you. 1 banana
1 cup non dairy milk of choice

1 banana

1 cup spinach
1 cup coconut water

**Made this 5 ingredient Gluten-free Almond  Baked Donuts and Gluten-free Pumpkin Spice Donuts. .
.
Half were glazed with  Beet Powder Frosting and the rest were sprinkled with Sugar Pumpkin Spice (used monkfruit sweetener and pumpkin pie spice to make the sugar sprinkle)

My daughter loved the almond flour donut! 🍩 They look a bit better anyway. 🤷‍♀️

INGREDIENTS — Almond Baked Donuts:
.
1 cup almond meal/flour
3 tbsp honey (or maple syrup/coconut nectar/agave).
2 large eggs 
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking soda
.
INSTRUCTIONS 
Preheat your oven to 300F
Grease your donut pan and set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, mix together all of your ingredients until smooth.
Fill your donut pans with your mixture, filling each donut cavity 1/2 way full.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, keeping an eye on them and taking them out as soon as your donuts are cooked and a skewer inserted into the middle removes clean. Be sure not to overcook them as they'll dry out!
Allow to cool before removing and eating as is or topping with whatever your heart desired.
These donuts will keep in the fridge or at room temperature for 3-4 days stored in an airtight container. .

Today calls for a beet-utifully layered Beet Chia Pudding ❤️ the lovely duo @crowded_kitchen used Suncore Foods® Black Chia Seeds and Red Beet Supercolor Powder to create these stunning chia pudding layers! Enjoy the recipe below! Have a beet-utiful day!

Serves one
Ingredients: 
1 cup nut milk of choice
3 tbsp Suncore Foods® Black Chia Seeds
2 tsp maple syrup
1-2 tbsp Suncore Foods® Red Beet Supercolor Powder

Toppings: 
Fresh berries

Directions: 
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together nut milk, maple syrup and beet powder. Stir in chia seeds. 
Transfer to a jar (or keep in bowl) and let sit to thicken in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours, stirring once or twice to prevent clumping. When ready to eat, top with fresh berries (you can also try topping with Suncore Foods® Hemp Seeds and Suncore Foods® Cacao Nibs).
