Beef Salpicao is such an easy dish to cook. Combine beef (cubed, minced garlic, ground pepper and olive oil, marinate for 30 mins. Drain beef, set aside marinade for later. Dredge beef with a handful of flour. Heat butter with olive oil in a pan and cook the beef until nicely browned. Add remaining marinade, worcestershire sauce and oyster sauce, mix then add mushrooms (if using) let simmer and serve with toasted garlic 😋 Note: cooking time should just be approx. 4-6minutes; if beef is overcooked it will be toughand chewy 😬 But don’t fret, if it turned tough for some reason... just add water and let it simmer on low heat until tender 👍🏻
