When I was little my mum used to take me over to nearby fields & we’d go blackberry picking to make blackberry & apple jam or blackberry crumble (one for the brits - we love crumble!)
Today I took myself for a walk to the nearby park & went blackberry picking!!! I completely switched off & focused on reaching the highest brambles - I have the scraps to prove it! .
We’re 6dp5dt, in less than a week we’ll be doing the test. Only 5 more days to go - we’ve broken the back of the tww & the closer it gets the more excited/ anxious I feel! .
Back to work tomorrow & determines to keep my serene mindset - nothing is more important than focusing on me, my health & what the future could bring.
Anyone else on the final stretch? How are you all coping? It definitely gets harder! #babydust#tww#ivfpositivity#pma#ivfcommunity#selftreating#mindfullivf#ivfupdate#beautyinnature

Just do your thing, he said. And with that, the tiniest snail appeared for us to revel in. Connecting with that which is greater than yourself can sometimes be found in the minute gem of a palm shell. #fullheart ⠀
📷 @petelongworth - joined palms for encouraging me on this journey of playful seeing and deep reveling.
