Ground and Pound Press (triple variation)...this exercise was inspired by @athleanx its a pretty awesome chest exercise that incorporates your entire upper body...and of course also your core! By using a high cable this gives major resistance by pulling your entire body upwards while you press downward into the floor bringing your core strength into effect keeping you grounded on your knees and keeping good form throughout the different variations of this exercise is the main goal...great functional strength exercise too especially amongst the fighting community...fun to do different exercises than the traditional presses for chest that provide no resistance...give it a try!
