Just completed my first 10 day cleanse and feeling incredible. In 10 Days I lost 2kgs but that’s not just it I have so much more energy. The past 2 weeks I’ve had my three year old waking throughout the night and as I’m about to go to sleep my 5 month old wakes unsettled. I thought for sure I’d be tired in the day but it’s been the opposite. ⠀⠀
One thing I didn’t incorporate but really wish I did was exercise. I did no exercise at all (it’s so cold to wake up at 5.30am and go into the gym ❄️). It’s something though I need to get into the habit of doing because I have so much toning to do.
