My most asked questions is “what do you eat?” Food! Duh 🙄 but for reals I eat all the things. I don’t count things and I eat most all the foods with limitations to my sensitives like raw peppers. What who is like that? So weird but I learned through diet that raw peppers cause my belly bloat. 🤢 so I thought it would be fun to host a free 3 day group to give ya all my tips, tricks, recipes and mela plans fo phreeeeee. It’s gonna be so fun. Starts tomorrow if ya want access just drop an emoji. But can we get real for a sec? I have a serious problem with wearing favorite things. I’m about 99% sure I wear this damn yellow top 4 times a week. Any one else have this problem? Damn you target for making cute comfy clothes
Oh Sunday. Somehow Sunday is both my favorite and least favorite day of the week. We usually have no plans other than to snuggle on the couch in our pajamas for as long as we want... talking, laughing, playing games, making pancakes and a third pot of coffee... but then in the late afternoon the excitement about the week ahead combined with the feeling of being overwhelmed trickles in as our rock heads to the airport for another week away. Oh Sunday, I love you and you suck at the same time.

Part of my motivation to move to California was to be able to go to the beach basically all year round. What is something you love about where you live??
