Mine vs. the other guy....👉🏼👉🏼 know what you are paying for when you hire a contractor. For the most part, you should be able to find their business page on some social media that shows their work. Good work isn’t cheap, cheap work isn’t good. I was surprised to find this in a recent “flip” house that had a premium price, the extra time to make this look good is well worth it. Enjoy the weekend everyone! #remodel#bathroomdesign#bathroomremodel#carpentry#finishcarpentry#trim#finishtrim#baseboard
This week's featured design was for a client who travels often for work and asked us to create "an oasis" where they could decompress and have a soak with a nice glass of champagne. Along with a zero threshold shower, our client has the clean, contemporary escape they wanted.
Our master was tight on space and felt really enclosed. we turned the ub into a shower. The seamless shower door and glass wall opened up the space. My favorite features are the matte hex tiles contrasted with floor to ceiling matte white tiles. I love the custom floating cabinet made of walnut. I love the chrome Kohler faucet installed in the wall. The built in shelves and mirrors are also extremely useful. Happy we installed a sliding door. The previous door that opened into the bathroom took up precious floorspace. Check out the last photo to see the before.
Our latest bathroom remodel. Heres some pics tracking the progress. From installing new waste line (and p trap), bath tub install (on mortar bed), rough in water supply lines for shower/tub combo, wall surround tile prepping, shampoo niche cutting and install, and lastly installation of new glass tile. #bathroomremodel#lotsofwork#doitright
Shower glass has been installed and we're wrapping things up in this bathroom renovation. In January we'll be starting the second bathroom with a similar style but slight differences in the cabinet design and accessories. Swipe to see both sides of the room.
One of my favorite bathroom projects that we have worked on so far. Love the space and this bathroom came out fantastic.
The custom built-in linen closet and sliding door helped finish this clean and simple design. We finished it with liming wax to match a vanity that our client had picked out. I’m proud of the attention to detail the guys put on this project.
Can’t wait to finish the bathrooms we are currently working on and share the results.

Protecting my lashes one bathroom demo at a time. 😆 Aaaand, I’m giving away $135 worth of @babe_lash to someone who wants to give their lashes a little extra love!😍 Rules below!
Just because I did the grungy work of destroying this bathroom with a sledgehammer doesn’t mean I can’t feel cute and confident while doing it! 😝 I’ve been using Babe Lash’s essential serum for over two years now and it’s the number one reason I’ve felt cute during this dirty “Beam House” renovation. I’m excited to ship some of their products to one of YOU! -

We worked with our clients chosen vanity and suggested a fun pattern-play tile on the main wall incorporating a shower niche (see in the mirror reflection) for their daughters bathroom.
Using grey doesn’t have to feel cold or cool... in a wet area, you get a real cosy vibe in here thanks to the mix of textures, timber and pattern... and of course he natural light streaming in. 🌿

Where I’ve been for the last couple weeks. What I thought was going to just be a retile job turned into a complete overhaul. Now it’s a race to just get all the tile work done before my next “vacation”
I love doing accent walls in showers! Ran these 12”x36” monsters vertical to really bring some visual height to the room. The other thing I want to point out here is the clip and wedge system my guys use all the time for bigger tiles. It’s really amazing how fast they can get flat walls and floors with these! It reminds me why I love this industry and my job, the learning never ends! New products, new techniques, and more knowledge about how homes work is seemingly endless! It really is a changing, evolving field filled with innovation and creativity and a sense of accomplishment that not many careers can match, I just wish today’s youth could see the value that a job in the trades can bring!
