Next up for meet the team is Jamie! Our always smiling and observant Assistant Farm Manager, he is a man of surprises. For instance, his last name is not Italian like many people assume, but comes from the Basque region in northern Spain and means “gateway to the forest”.

What drives you to do this work: We live in an age where people are disconnected from each other and from nature in fundamental ways. Food, our relationship with it and the earth is comes from are, in my opinion, the best starting point to address this disconnect.
