Day ✌🏼 of ✋🏼 done! That’s right, the program I’m doing is only five workouts and I LOVE it! Sometimes I have trouble sticking with the longer programs. Just being honest with you. 🤷🏻♀️ And if they are longer then 40 minutes then I’m out. #teamnofocus
So, it’s not a secret that my favorite programs have a max running time of 30-40 minutes and range from 1 to 3 weeks. Then I’m onto the next. 😜
1 week, 3 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks, 80-90 days. You name it, we have it. Gotta love the variety! 😀

What this photo doesn’t show is.. I struggle every day to get out of bed and get down to my #basementgym , but I do! (Imagine if I had to LEAVE to go to the #gym ?!?! It’d never happen)
I struggle with gut issues and eating .. I am very much an emotional eater... The pride I feel in getting that #workout in... The growth in self love and self belief... How much I’ve grown as a person... That I’m a better employee, a better leader, better mom, wife, friend, daughter since starting this journey!

Il y a un peu plus de 4 ans je prenais la décision d'être Coach. Pourquoi j'ai finalement décidé de dire OUI ? Parce que j'aime: les nouveaux défis, travailler en équipe, avoir du fun, faire de nouvelles connaissances, faire de nouvelles amitiés, et tout ça ce n'est qu'une petite partie de toutes mes raisons. .
Je te vois venir... Tu crois que c'est difficile, que tu n'y arriveras pas, que tu n'es pas assez en shape pour faire ça, que tu n'es pas assez bonne ou assez disciplinée ou je ne sais trop quels autres raisons... Pire encore que tu n'as "pas le temps" 😎.
Tu as vu ? Je suis pas hyper full "shapée", je ne suis pas parfaite, je ne suis pas disciplinée à 150%, j'ai une vie, une famille et tout le reste ! Et j'y arrive ! Pourquoi ? Parce que de me garder en forme et en santé me tient à coeur et encore plus d'aider les gens à rester en forme et en santé. Parce que j'adore sortir de ma zone de confort. Parce que j'adore être MOI avec mes petites imperfections. Parce que je me prépare, je prends le temps de planifier, ce qui, au bout du compte, me fait sauver du temps que je peux passer avec ma famille et aussi du temps avec mon équipe! Bref, c'est une de mes meilleures décisions 😀!

My favorite time of year is upon us!
The holidays can be a challenging time for our health & fitness. The average American gains 5 to 8 pounds during this time.
It starts with the Halloween candy that stays around for weeks 🍭
Then there is the feast on Thanksgiving Day 🍽
Parties and festivities, where eating and drinking llasts all the way until the end of December!
I remember feeling so uncomfortable in my skin😣 Bloated, puffy, irritable….but I continued eating those Christmas cookies, and kept telling myself I would start something January 1st….how silly…. Why wait?
Why do we see New Years as the day we start a healthy lifestyle?! Shouldn't we make this the way we live every day?

Since my new group is officially kicking off in 2 weeks, I decided to focus on short, week long programs until then.
So this week I’m going back to one of my favorites that released almost a year ago (damn time flies). A benefit of switching it up? Using equipment that you haven’t used in a while! It’s really amazing what these little loops and sliders can do for a body. 😜

New sleep pr! After waking up and my average events per hour was at 6.4 I was rattled, rebounded hard for a full 6.5 hours sleep. Other then that, bench was trash today. Tendinitis is in full swing. Gotta find ways to prevent it.

None of it was right tonight!
I don't know why I'm being so hard on myself, I DID just max out on deadlifts 2 days prior.
I guess taking that into consideration, just the fact I was able to stay on program last night was pretty a-okay 👌
I do feel like I don't take near as much time trying to warm up my body at home as I do when I go to the gym. A longer warm up could have helped with most of my issues!
