Having our own spaces allows us to expand the timetable for you lovely lot and offer you a greater selection of classes under the same roof.

Saturday - 8:00am Power Boxing.
- 9:00am Barre Pilates.
- 10:30am Hot Vinyasa Gentle Flow Yoga.

Studio owner Karren is building strength to keep up with her busy schedule.
Good news though she will be back on the teaching schedule regularly very soon- offering Hot Yoga, Warm Yoga & Barre Pilates.
Karren brings an element of strength and stillness to every class.

In Term three - I would also like to set up a Biggest Loser challenge. Or renamed the “Biggest BEAUTIFUL challenge!”⠀
All you need to do each Monday / Friday depending on which date you decide is your weigh in day, send me your weight loss amount and measurement losses for the week.⠀
Focusing on - Waist, Hips, Upper leg, Upper Arm & Chest measurements - ie 1 cm loss this week ⠀
You do not need to tell me starting weights.⠀
Just record your first weigh in on either July 16th or Juy 20th and then the following week July 23rd or July 27th send me through your losses for weight and measurements.⠀
My goal is that collectively we can work together on our health and wellbeing, have fun in the process and challenge ourselves and each other.⠀

Meet our resident Barre teacher- Courtney! She will be taking on Tuesday reformer, mat and barre classes at the studio 🙌
Courtney has been teaching barre since 2016, after falling in love with the format in 2013. She will guide you through flowing and dynamic sequences to strengthen the whole body, with options to either modify exercises or further challenge yourself.
Barre combines elements of Pilates, yoga and ballet to provide a full-body workout that is fun yet challenging - no dance experience necessary! Classes can vary between being more yoga-focused or more Pilates-focused - sometimes with a little cardio added in for extra laughs! Whichever class you choose, you’ll have a good time (even as your thighs are shaking and glutes are firing!) 🍑🍑🍑 Book our inaugural Barre classes with Courtney on opening day! Spots still available at the 12.30 and 1.30 pm classes 😉
