Had such a wonderful Sunday! Started the day with a walk thru the gorgeous fields of Cotswold Lavender. The smell was heavenly ☺️ Got to catch up with a woman whom I admire and look up to. As well as meet her lovely daughters. @pattybeadle 
I’m reminded of the importance as women to have strong female mentors whom you look up to and aspire to be. I’m thankful to have had this woman enter my life and am grateful for her continued support and guidance even from a great distance! 
Women- find those soul sisters in your life that fill your cup, inspire you, and challenge you. No matter the age or background we all have something to offer each other. That’s a wrap on beach vacay 2018 for the George’s. Lot’s of fun in the sun, a special date night, a few tantrums, and a couple of quick workouts squeezed in (not near as many as I’d like but my kids apparently think it’s a great idea to wake up at 6:30 AM on vacation). With two toddlers, 4 days is just enough!

This is how you can get a nice tone muscles (Isolated movement)
I don’t do heavyweight because I don’t want to look like guy. 😁 Would you try it?
Without a ball is ok.

Tips💕
1. Modified push up- keep elbows bend while lifting the leg.

2. Isolated abdominal muscles by pulling your belly button all the way up to your spine.
3. Do not moving your lower back, while lifting your leg, and hold the leg tight close to your butt while doing small pushups.

Don’t forget to keep yourself active,
 and take good care of yourself!!

The day I said yes to the man of my dreams♥️

A little glimpse into my personal life, not fitness related. We’ve been married for almost 2 years and together for almost 9! This weekend we move into a new rental home and we are so excited. It has been a wild couple of years living together, learning more about each other, and experiencing life together. I wouldn’t change a minute of it!

This guy has been a huge part of my journey, he’s my biggest supporter. He keeps me accountable, and he helps me stay on track! Even though this week has been super unproductive in the fitness world, it’s  been a crazy wild week and I’m thankful for it.

Do you take time to work on your flexibility?! Gaining flexibility takes patience and persistence just like anything else. I personally have never been a naturally flexible person and avoided stretching when I was younger and in sports.. O Christa, you silly fool. This amount of flexibility has not happened overnight. I started to focus on stretching in my mid twenties when I took up yoga. It was so fun to see myself progress over time. I had always told myself I am not a “flexible” person.. but then I started to see and feel the change in my body and there was no going back! I certainly still have a ways to go and truth be told have weeks where it falls by the wayside but I’m human! I just pick it back up again and move on from there. 
Ensuring your muscles are flexible and limber helps protect you from injury, can help with lower back issues, and can help tone your body! 
Try taking 10 minutes everyday to work on your stretches and see what happens! #flexible #practicepractice #reformerpilates .
