That’s a wrap on beach vacay 2018 for the George’s. Lot’s of fun in the sun, a special date night, a few tantrums, and a couple of quick workouts squeezed in (not near as many as I’d like but my kids apparently think it’s a great idea to wake up at 6:30 AM on vacation). With two toddlers, 4 days is just enough!
This is how you can get a nice tone muscles (Isolated movement)

Without a ball is ok.
1. Modified push up- keep elbows bend while lifting the leg.
2. Isolated abdominal muscles by pulling your belly button all the way up to your spine.
3. Do not moving your lower back, while lifting your leg, and hold the leg tight close to your butt while doing small pushups.
