So I don’t always feel like working out....yes, even as a barre instructor. Last week I shared that I was sitting in the gym parking lot one evening ready to turn around a go back home. I was tired and was not digging it mentally. After texting my friend that I wanted to go home helped provide a sense of accountability to get it done!🙌🏽👊🏽 Staying committed is not always easy even though wellness has been a solid part of my life for over 15 years.👌🏽 I think this is what makes me so relatable to my clients and students, we are all human and NO ONE is perfect. ❤️❤️ I wanted to share some things that keep me motivated when I am not feeling it but I need to get it done. I always feel better when I do! 1. My son... he loves to watch me workout and mimic my actions. Kids are sponges and I hope to set a good example. 👶🏽👩👦 2. My past... I have been through major heart surgery and thyroid surgery. I owe it to myself to stay and remain healthy. 3. My passion...I love teaching and setting a good example to my students/clients. Discovering new ways to move my body both as an instructor and for my own personal goals makes me a better teacher.
