I am giving plasma this morning so a substantial breakfast was needed - short on time I decided on quick microwave eggs; 2 eggs, spinach, mushrooms, tomato, spring onion and Parmesan - microwave in 30 second bursts until cooked.

It is the perfect time to enjoy fruits, grains, healthy fats, protein and dairy.
I find my patients who miss breakfast tend to eat these calories (and a few extras) later in the day (think mid afternoon munchies etc)....unfortunately these choices may not be as nutritious.
Lunch. Messy ass table. Lunch vitamins. ✅✅✅ Yes, sometimes I enjoy some kind of pop Zero. I burp instantly and always have. No my pouch hasn’t stretched. No I don’t drink them all the time. I’ve got major tonsil stones right now and I’m trying to get them to come out because they hurt so bad. I’ve been eating a lot of nuts, lately, and I always get them from that. Today’s lunch is a low carb tortilla (9 carbs, 3net) romaine, turkey, mozzarella stick, and tomatoes, and garlic hummus as a “sauce” 😋Me and the boys just got home from running around at the walk at the park. If Karson has a good day, we’ll be eating pizza for dinner. He picks his favorite meal, if he gets all happy faces. I’m thinking of taking the toppings and putting them on this low carb tortilla.
