Grateful for yet another wonderful experience had.
This weekend our tribe stayed in a bell tent village in a beautiful setting with potent healing elements and abundant nature gains.
We climbed trees, got naked, ran barefoot like the wind, chowed down on vegan burgers and swam next to horses that basked in the healing morning sun.
All of the above is pretty awesome right?! But my highlight has to have been playing my part on an amazing panel discussion with Bridget Nicholls, Miriam Darlington and @valentine_warner @curiousartsfestival to honour the epic read that is ‘The Way’ by the late great environmentalist; the man that is Edward Goldsmith.

Could I possibly get a pair of barefoot running shoes and give it a go? Shout out to @merrell for producing my new favorite running shoe, the #glove4. If you have yet to try running in a pair of minimalist style running shoes (shoes which provide grip and foot protection while still allowing you to run how you would barefoot) you should. Your body will naturally run different in these shoes. Your calfs along with your ankles and arches of your feet will begin acting as suspension for your body instead of the energy from impact transferring right to your knees and back. Hitherto discovering this style of shoe and its benefits, I struggled with constant shin splints when I ran. Now, thanks to these bad boys, I have some yoked calves and no more shin splints. **** tip: start with short runs. These things will work muscles you have never felt before.
