I planned to use it as part of my fasted cardio, but only for 5 minutes as it’s been a while and I am just this week able to do cardio again. I surprised myself by completing an entire 20 minute workout πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ I am doing my best to focus on the now while keeping my goals for tomorrow in sight, rather than becoming frustrated by comparing my effort to what I was able to do earlier this year. Day 24 of 30: I am thankful for healing. I can remember a time when my right leg was significantly weaker than my left; noticeably smaller to the naked eye. The muscles had atrophied and I walked with a limp. Through time and consistency, I was able to rebuild the muscle, size, and strength. The body is an amazing creation. It was an at-home workout. 27 minutes at moderate intensity according to my current fitness level. 30 DAY CHALLENGE πŸ’ͺ🏼❀️ Let’s play a game!

Choose one goal from the list below to create a healthy habit. Once you have reached that goal and committed to that habit, choose another goal! How many healthy habits can YOU build into your lifestyle by November 30th?

1. Drink 16 oz of clear, room-temperature water upon arising every morning.
2. Eat one piece of whole, fresh fruit with breakfast.
3. Eat one serving of green vegetables at least 3 meals per week.
4. Drink 1/2 your weight in ounces of water daily.
5. Move for 5 minutes each morning (yoga, brisk walk, etc)
6. Eat at least one home-cooked meal every day (leftovers count!)
7. Stretch for 5 minutes each evening.
8. Double your recipes when cooking to prep meals for the next few days.
9. 30 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity at least 3 days per week.
