Movement - Everywhere
A lot of people are afraid of putting their joints in an "dangerous" position.
It all depends on purpose, load and quantity. No position is dangerous if you have adapted your body to it.
First of all: The body is made to move in ALL planes. Look at dancers, football players, gymnasts, martial artists. They are all over the place, explosive, quick turns etc
Some parts should play a stabilising role and others a mobile. After that it's about connection thoughtout the body.
Secondly: It is all about progression and leaving the ego at the door. Start with what you have got and take it from here.
In video you see
1. Rocking for foot and ankle mobility/stability.
2. Mobility big toe, foot, ankle and hip.
3. QL walk for lower back strength and for me it is also a challenge for flexibility for the back of my legs.
What do you see? Knees well over toes, weight on forefoot BUT I don't do 100 reps or with a barbell on my back. Do you understand the difference?
No need for equipment. Just move! .

You can't pour from an empty cup, so make sure to take care of yourself first
The constant life juggle can have you running on empty. For me, it's been juggling going to university, essay's, keeping fit and squeezing all that in around work. To add to it all, I had the stress of my computer freezing and the panic I was about to lose everything
It's nice to have something to look forward to that's only purpose is to rejuvenate my soul. On October 7th you'll find me barefoot on the grass celebrating a few of my favourite things, music, food and performance at @lostpicnicmelb
