Getting back on my fitness journey this past year has been a journey! The major event of last year massively turned my world around *no pun intended*. It took a LONG time for me to get back into the swing of it all - work, study and taking care of myself.
————————————————————- It was so bad at the start of the year where I felt so lonely and I had the WORST MENTALITY. I ate noodles and ate out for 2 weeks and I felt really crap. I avoided exercises at ALL cost. However, the best part, I ran away from my responsibilities and left to go to Vietnam in March to volunteer.
6 months later, after volunteering, meeting new friends and attending several live events - I am dominating humbly. I’ve slowly reinvested in myself to train. The car accident which many people know it to be, did actually cause major pain. ————————————————————-
My neck began to stiffen, pain increased every neck and I was crying not being able to go to sleep. Long story short, this agony was kicked in the butt! I slowly started to train even if it was walking on the treadmill and now I’m back doing push ups, deadlifts and more 💪🏽 ————————————————————-
So to anyone struggling who thinks they are alone, you are not! If you wanna train with me aka high ass cardio and weight training lemme know. ————————————————————-

Solid day on the platform went 6/9. Walked away with 3rd place and 3 comp PB's and a total of 645! -
Squat: 220, 230, 240 (no lift)
Bench: 140,145,150 (no lift)
Deadlift: 260, 270, 280 (no lift)

Been awhile since some back updates. Majority of the focus today was thickness. For this being the heaviest I've ever been, im happy with the smoothness, knowing im making some quality GAINS. 😎 Cant wait to see more of the width once my stomach/love handles are shredded away. 😂
Feels good to be bulking! Strength is going up like crazy, literally breaking PRs every week 💪 Angle is weird and making it look like I was doing half reps but it was about a inch or an inch and a half above my chest so I was doing a full range of motion!

Deadlifts feeling heavier than expected, but overall pretty good! Struggling to keep volume high enough after all these injuries, so I might just restart at 10s again. I always feel like I'm not pushing enough if the weight is too light or volume too low, but I guess that's a process of easing back after being out for so long 😕
What a day. Top squat 125 Kilos.
Top Bench that was a good lift was 97.5 Kilos.
Top Dead 165 Kilos. Hit 4 new PR's. All were meet PR's. #EATTHEWEAK .

I was protecting my camera yo. I can’t believe she gave me the fattest L of the meet. I looked like a baby brokeback none lifting weak bish. 😢
This is why no-one thinks I even lift anymore. I crumpled up like Krillin against any foes. My ancestors rolled in their graves in North Korea in shame and screamed their own name “Some Ting Wong”. 😢
But look at her flawless technique. She tackles me and hops right off because the new NFL rule states you can’t put bodyweight on the QB. She got off and went on about her business and no-one fucking helped me up. 😢
My crew aint loyal. I looked at @thesuzysanchez and asked her to call medic / doctor @sonic.do . Where was the concussion protocol? That boy needs some milk. 😤😑

3 STEP WALK OUT TUTORIAL
1. Unrack with feet hip width apart.
2. Take one step back. The role of the foot going back should only go back enough to line up with the heel of the other foot.
3. Realign and adjust the last foot.
Hope this helps. Efficiency is key when it comes to heavy weight. Every step counts!

Raw skwats for this deload workout. I got terrible joints lol, without my knee sleeves and wrist wraps my body feels off even tho the weights are light. Also, weather is getting colder now so back to wearing stretchy pants. 👖 ❄️

Heaviest squat session in the entire comp prep. 155.5, 165 & 176kg. Misgrooved 165 but still felt pretty easy. 176kg I went too low and lost tightness out of the hole. If I were to control the descend a little move and hit normal depth it should come up much easily. Strength is definitely there for a 180-185kg squat, just gotta dial in the technique.
