Just completed an hour and a half of indoor cycling, did 50K with a lot of climbing and sweating 😓 like crazy heart rate was up at 177 bpm for more than 5 min if not close to 10! Thankfully 😅 I had Baobab in one of my bottles. Kept me hydrated and energized throughout the workout. I’m not one for taking supplements when working out but this stuff was crazy effective! Hoy os traido un restaurante que es poco conocido pero que espero que lo vayais a descubrir porque merece muchisimo la pena.
Se llama : Casa Carmen.
Un restaurante a base de platillos pero que podeis encontrar incluso arroces esquisitos o carnes increibles.
Yo fui a picar un poco su :
Guacamole con totopos
Queso cambembert con pimienta rosa y miel
Pollo rebozado con panko y dos salsas riquisimias
Unas bravas gratinada
Y unos baos de rabo de toro increibles.
No es la primera ni la ultima vez que voy. Es uno de mis sitios glotones favoritos.
