[Bao Makers] - The highlight would be their signature baos - fluffy mantous pan-fried slightly crisp exterior, loaded with generous servings of chilli crab meat or salted egg chicken were absolutely delicious. My favourite is the Chilli Crab Bao with chunks of fresh chilli crab meat packed with addictive spicy notes admist the meat's natural sweetness. The Salmon Mentaiko Bao came with the option of steamed bao. Sandwiched in between these soft fluffy buns was a piece of fried crispy salmon slathered with a layer of rich mentaiko sauce and a slice of cheese atop.

Peito de frango suuuuper bem temperado e suculento, empanadinho em panko, coloocado nesse pão SENSA cozido no vapor, com maionese de ervas, alface e molho de pimenta CHō(bem de boa 🌶).

We decided that our next updates would not follow order but start with the good news first. After a tough day shopping in our great city of #belfast we made our way to @yugo_belfast for an exciting mood lifting lunch. We started with a sharp and refreshing @nikkawhiskyeu sour for noodle and a Thai basil spritz that cleansed the soul. What a start!! The food to follow not only accepted the challenge but cleared the bar with consummate ease. Crispy pork dumplings that despite being served with a blanket of chillies had just the right amount of heat; panko prawn bao, somehow light and rich with prawns bursting with sweetness. The star of the show was the beef pho which was fragrant, deep, thrilling and comforting all at the same time. The perfect foil was the cabbage, lime and palm sugar salad which knitted everything together which refreshed the palate sorbetesque. The food, the chilled ambience and the staff who were great craic, super friendly and helpful without being intrusive confirmed Yugo as being one the best dining experiences we've had so far.
