Emotions come like a wave. They start small, peak and then slowly vanish. Some are intense while others you can barely feel. .
I use to tell myself that every time I had the urge to binge. I would see the urge as a wave and would rate it from 1-10. How big is the wave today? Some days it was unbearable and I would cave in. Other days I was able to ride the wave and watch it disappear. The more I was able to ride the wave, the easier it got. I started to be able to take on the big waves!! Until one day- I was an expert 😎

You too can become a wave master. Don’t let your emotions & urges run your life. Acknowledge them but don’t fall into the trap. They too shall pass. .

Exercise is one of my non negotiable. I have to do some type of mouvement EVERYDAY. Why? Because it makes me feel so much better. It released my stress and gets me in a better mood every time. Sometimes, I go all out and crush a hardcore workout 💪🏼 and sometimes I take walks by the river. One is not better than the other. Both movements have its place and time.  It’s not « all or nothing », sometimes what’s in between is just what you need 🦄

Being on the ketogenic diet for the past week has definitely been a bigger challenge than expected... and going out is THE WORST. So much temptation and hidden sugars everywhere it’s very difficult to find something I want to eat that fits with this restrictive diet.
