Do you even Christmas Fitness ?
Christmas has finally arrived at Her Garden Gym. It’s involved a lot of climbing in and out of the loft, carrying boxes up and down ladders, and balancing on steps whilst I attach decorations and fairy lights all over my house. Putting the decorations up is a workout in itself!
I love my tree but I’m distracted by my glute development in this image 😂 I blame all those leg days during 2018
I think I have totally won the obligatory ‘I put the Christmas Tree Up’ photo this year. Unless you’ve got something better, then please feel free to tag me in you effort 😉 #christmascountdown#itsbeginningtolookalotlikechristmas#christmasfitness#christmastree#balancechallenge#legday#glutes#gluteworkout#winner

The reason your not accomplishing the goals and ideas you have identified is because you have no energy. In order to have energy you need something to feed off of. Having a plan gives you a vision on what can be accomplished if followed. A strategy will give you the steps to fulfill that plan which creates confidence. The confidence you have from the strategy you get to accomplish what’s in your plan will give you energy to pursue it. These 3 things will give you energy to feed off of because you will understand what steps to take to complete the plan and you know what will be accomplished after to you follow it. Once you have those things you need to find Balance in your life to spread out your time and energy to each respective area in your life. Arrange the order of each that compliments what your setting out to do and go get it 2019 The Year of the Level Up #letsgo
So balance pose it was for #mymindmyyoga challenge today, which is funny because I am not balanced at all. 😄
I mean, I made some progress lately, I've been really balanced for the last months. In situations where I used to explode I stay calm now. Most situations I manage with humor and if something really sucks, I just breathe trough it - even if smoke comes out of my nostrils. 😏 But I still have days where I am a bit aggressive and more on the jump to a fight than usual. Today was one of these days. But it was interesting because although I jumped into an argument with a random mansplaining stranger, I still managed to stay reflective and to ask myself over and over again: Am I right or is he? Am I unfair or is he just a spoiled, self centered idiot? I came to the conclusion that I was right and he's an asshole but it's not his fault 😄 - to come back to the point: balance is a temporary state. We can learn to expand the time of felt stability. But at some point we will struggle and lose balance. And I guess that's fine because we need challenges to grow.
