Often times I find myself not balancing my time correctly and so I have started planning out my task the night before so I can be more productive. Comment down below which areas you are struggling in? What are you doing to change? #abundance#change#entrepreneur
Many herbal teas, including chamomile, valerian root and lavender, are marketed as sleep aids.
Many of the herbs they contain work by increasing or modifying specific neurotransmitters that are involved in initiating sleep.
Moreover, they may help you fall asleep faster, decrease nighttime awakenings and improve your overall sleep quality.
Unfortunately, most of the current research used these herbs in extract or supplement form — not the herbal tea itself.
Given that herbal supplements and extracts are very concentrated versions of the herb, a diluted source like tea is likely to be less effective.
Further research that involves larger sample sizes is needed to fully establish herbal teas and their role in improving sleep in the long run.
Additionally, since many herbs and supplements have the potential to interact with both prescription and over-the-counter medications, always consult your healthcare provider before adding an herbal tea to your nightly routine.
While results can vary by individual, these herbal teas may be a good approach for those who are looking to get a better night’s sleep naturally.

Cheers to the unexpected!! My morning started out typical... get up, workout, get ready for work, go to work, etc...but today was a short workday for me so I decided to take a chance... I text my massage therapist to let him know I’d be scheduling a massage when we get back from our cruise unless he had an appointment available today....and he did!!!! Woohoo!! Then I took another chance... I called my chiropractor to see if he might happen to have an appointment available this afternoon....and he did!!!! Woohoo!!! Then I thought what if?... What if I wouldn’t have taken those chances? Sure, I would have survived but my neck and upper back would have been out of whack for at least another week... What if I would have procrastinated because I didn’t want to spend the extra money?... Sure, I don’t like to spend extra money on myself but why would I think I shouldn’t spend money to take care of myself... The old me wouldn’t have taken those chances or spent the money...the old me would have sucked it up and suffered through...the old me wouldn’t have thought I was worth it... Afternoon snack 😋
Cherry tomatoes, red onion slivers, 1 slice of Gruyere cheese, whole wheat toast, and a little black pepper and olive oil. I toasted it a little less than I would have liked, but my friend Alejandro was getting antsy to take it out early 🤪 I would have removed it once the cheese started bubbling and the tomato skin got a little puckered. 🤗
#tbt to the best bathroom in Las Vegas. 2 weeks from today I’ll be heading back and this is one of my top spots that I can’t wait to hit up! (I am fully aware that this completely contradicts my previous weight loss/health post...but when in Vegas...) I don't want to be one of those people that 'brags' about working out BUT I am allowed to be proud that I'm starting to incorporate movement and fitness into my daily routine. I'm enjoying the gym, even full of cold I'm finding that energy and I do personally feel that it's because I'm being mindful with my food. I don't mean by restricting or limiting what i eat but being aware of what i eat, ensuring my meals are nutritious, keep me feeling good AND Im enjoying food!! 👍🏻😊
Im learning from past my mistakes and my current ones...yesterday I walked home with nothing to snack on and felt drained!
