To those of you wondering what Buttermilk Biscuits are: they're actually a form of bread originally consumed in the States and parts of Canada. They are meant to be consumed as accompaniments to gravy with meat, or soup, or slathered with some butter, jam and some tea. Buttermilk biscuits are very versatile, can be made sweet or savoury.
The Bake For Syria cookbook is launching today, in honor of World Refugee Day.
