Ever since i was a young girl i loved sports .
I loved playing it i loved watching it but there was one little qution that poped into my head.
Where are the girls?!
When i was going on the filed in my elemntry school i was playing soccer with the boys and when i asked the girls to join my team only two girls came and the rest just said "no its for boys we want something more feminime"
Today at high school i partiecipate in sports too and i was that only girl from all 10 grades that went to compete in sports the rest of the girls just said "no i dont think im good at it im a girl" And went to do 'girl dominated sports' like ballet .
When i watch sports like the worldcup i only see male and not any famous female soccer player like alex morgan who is very talanted .
The only way to make female athletes noticed is by sexsim things like lingere football and she can do both sexuiled women in a way to think that women can work hard and still be attrective to men instead of saying yes im a female i play sports and i still love me and my talent and my body! (Which is what i try to show on my page).
Young girls are being brained washed to think that they should do ballet and gymstics and cheerleading to become female athletes but no ! We need to give them more courge to compete in more male fominated sports like wrestling and mma and boxing i see parnets that say that they rather having their daughter dancing then bravly fighting like a brave girl . I also was sexulied by my parents to think that i should do things like dancing to be more of a feminime athelte then something that i realy wanted to which is mma &wrestling .
So lets make a change
Lets put our young girls in more places like football and soccer and mma and boxing and lets teach them that they should be brave and strong and fit as much as we teach out young boy athletes
And how about having more boys in sports that we have deicted that are for girls

Sometimes we hold on most tightly to the things that aren’t meant for us.
The things that seemingly “make sense,” on paper and to everyone else because traditionally - they were the BEST way - the only way, the RIGHT way.
Sometimes, we don’t even see that the thing we are running the hardest and the fastest towards, has become the thing that we are allowing to drag us down.. to stress us out and to cause us pain, worry and fear.
Sometimes, we have to adjust our sails. To have faith to let go of one dream, and to have the courage to believe and to dream again with an even greater intensity.
Here’s to the dreamers. The tired mamas and and ones who are literally reading this and waiting on their miracle to show up. The ones who are dreaming and grinding and grinding and dreaming and pushing and pushing.. MORE is out there. Be fearless in the pursuit of it. Be absolutely fucking relentless. And most importantly, check your eyes in the mirror okay? Because if they’re not sparkling, then it’s time to make a move. Dream on!

70 g pre shredded/grated cheese mozzarella is the best or Edam/mild cheese
85 g almond meal/flour
2 tbsp cream cheese
pinch salt to taste
½ tsp dried rosemary/ garlic or other flavourings optional
