Recovery is one of the most important components to achieving results! -
Too often, I find people who are neglecting their recovery, and not planning proper rest and recovery days, and wondering why they aren’t getting the results they are working so hard for. -
During training, your muscle tissues break down and you deplete your energy stores. Muscle gains come from when you REST and your body heals those muscle fibres stronger than they were prior to your training session. This process is called myofibrilla hypertrophy. Without allowing this process to work at it’s best, you will be robbing your body of results!!

Pre and post training meals also aid this process! Having a shake or proper post workout meal is not just a “trend” but a way to replenish your energy stores with the right macros and allow for healing to taking place.

Watch your weight tho the exercises should be done properly with good technique which is why I post the videos. Control the weight, feel the stretch and the contractions in the muscles you are working. Don’t just bounce the weight around relying on momentum. This is the veriation I created for DUMBBELL ROW . ( As I have already told you in my earlier videos that veriations are very important to shock the muscle .) This exercise really targets your LATS wich is the primary muscle in this exercise and also REAR DELTS, RHOMBOIDS , BICEPS , FOREARMS . 💥

Just how we do ONE ARM DUMBBELLS ROW ,the same way you have to perform this superb veriation . 💪

I have taken two barbells you can take one also and put it on the other side after finishing one side . 😊

Take a barbell with required weights close to a bench . Rap a Handel around the barbell at the start of the barbell grip . Put a weight behind the barbell so that it does not move . Keep one hand and one leg on the bench and the other leg away from the body crossing the bar . Now the bar is in between your led on the floor and the bench . 😎{ Key is hold the Handel like a hook , keep your chest out shoulders at the back and arch at the lower back . Now start rowing . } Remember to feel the squeeze at the back and then come back down slowly . The elbows always stays close to your torso firing the exercise . Complete the no of repitations and then change the side .

1. Grab a set of dumbbells and allow your arms to hang down by your sides with your palms facing towards each other.
2. Raise your arms out to the side until they are parallel with the ground. Pause, and then slowly return the weight back to the starting position.

Welcome to today’s shenanigans. I missed attempted max out on sumo today and could not have been more upset with myself. I’ve been stuck here at 225 for a while now and I KNOW my legs are strong enough to deliver but I’m starting to believe that my hips just can’t carry it out yet. I had so much anger I tried to channel it into my bench... and couldn’t get that either. Along with the fact the gym no longer had a punching bag... amplify stress level by 3x lol so headed to tire flips to take out further energy & some back stuff as I havent done back in ages it feels like.
