Let’s Get FUERTE! 💪🏼
UPPER BOD WERRK OUT 💪🏼💪🏼
Few clips from yesterday’s workout! I’ve recently been training upper body less.. because I’m not looking to grow my upper body right now especially as I begin to increase my calories a bit more. Although I’m not looking to essentially build muscle at this point, maintaining will still be a goal of mine. Try these out on your next upper bod day!
1️⃣ Bicep curl complex: WAY harder than they look. This was my 2nd set & I was burned out ☠️
2️⃣ Six way shoulder raise
3️⃣ Hammer curls
4️⃣ Rope pull down
I hope you all are having a relaxing yet productive Sunday & have a great week 💗
Happy weekend to the IG world!! Listen close, you'll hear thunderstruck playing in the background. I find this ironic. A few years back there would have been a drink in my hand if this song came on, especially on a Friday; instead I have weights in my hand. An 80lb dumbbell to be specific.
I call this the chainsaw, the name is catchy for the workout.

Form footage Friday, please send feedback! Preacher curls, DB rows, cable rows. (If you had any doubts in your mind whatsoever that I'm just a normie at the gym with a smartphone, my cinematography skills should clear that right up for you 😂)
I watched the DB rows immediately after that set - pretty sure I shouldn't drop my shoulder like that, right? So I changed that and kept the lat tension up for the remainder of sets. Gonna focus on extending all the way to the bottom of the preacher curls, too.
Today's back workout: DB rows, 8x12 @ 35 SUPERSET WITH 8x16 hyperextensions. Lat pull downs 5x12 @ 60, SUPERSET WITH reverse grip lat pull downs, 5x20 @ 50. Cable rows, 5x20@ 80, SUPERSET WITH barbell rows, 5x20 @ 45.
