Reverse weighted bear crawls.
Try this as a finisher or mixed in as a circuit.
This is a core workout, but you will feel it in your lats, shoulders and legs.
Keep your hips down and your legs out behind you.
(Don't let them bunch up under you)
Great job @christine.miller1945
Bicep ➡️ Rear Deltoid Super-Set( 5x10 for each) Read for details •
When doing bicep curls it’s important to keep your elbows relatively close to your sides and curl without using your bodies momentum to help you (don’t cheat your reps) it’s difficult for me to not swing because I have a muscle imbalance from an injury from childhood which has now turned into scar tissue and is always inflamed, so I always make sure I do a weight that feels like death but that I can still control👏🏻for my last two sets I switch up my tempo and go a lot slower •
The rear deltoid is a muscle we often times forget to workout. Don’t neglect training this muscle because it helps with the aesthetic of rounded looking shoulders and helps with posture. I also read an article on bodybuilding.com that a stronger rear deltoid also helps get your chest press and other chest exercises stronger. Make sure your back is straight DON’T ROUND YOUR BACK or lock out your knees, keep a slight bend in your elbows •
I can’t wait to get further into this cut because seeing shoulder striations and having my arms looking more toned makes me so fkn happy 😍😍 Also my cap is @level_x_apparel 🦋 Discount Code:MOLVLX•

All the other miscellaneous parts of life. Y’all know what I mean. All of this is stress on your body.
✔️Better form to date
~My movement is controlled the whole time. It’s strong, less ‘fidgety.’
~I’m driving back with my elbows. Hands are just hooks.
~Mastered the ability to let my lats go by keeping my elbows bent the whole time and up. See how they’re wider?
✔️Fuller now, less shredded
~I weighed less in 2017, about ten pounds.
~First PL meet was coming up so I was focused on making weight, a little less carbs.
~Training styles were much different.
~Building a solid back takes a whole lot of time. I’m adapting to enjoy the pain.
~You can’t see this of course, but woah baby it’s sky rocketed🚀
My entire body is at its infancy stage in reality, but it’s adapting extremely well along the journey to where I want to be. Just have to keep pushing. I hope this pushes you too!
