#deadliftday I tried some powerlifters cardio with sets of 5 beltless. Went a little smoother than I thought they would. Heaviest sets: 455/500. I think I could鈥檝e squeezed 20-30 more lbs out of it but I had 500 in mind today so that鈥檚 where I stopped. Let鈥檚 take it back to Monday to my pull up day. Here is my last set of pull ups. I was aiming for 6x6 I got 5 and a half here (not great, but at 93kg/205lb I鈥檒l take it on the last set). Yes I鈥檓 cheating slightly with using my legs (I know). Let鈥檚 take it back to Monday to my pull up day. Here is my last set of pull ups. I was aiming for 6x6 I got 5 and a half here (not great, but at 93kg/205lb I鈥檒l take it on the last set). When doing bicep curls it鈥檚 important to keep your elbows relatively close to your sides and curl without using your bodies momentum to help you (don鈥檛 cheat your reps) it鈥檚 difficult for me to not swing because I have a muscle imbalance from an injury from childhood which has now turned into scar tissue and is always inflamed, so I always make sure I do a weight that feels like death but that I can still control馃憦馃徎for my last two sets I switch up my tempo and go a lot slower 鈥

The rear deltoid is a muscle we often times forget to workout. Don鈥檛 neglect training this muscle because it helps with the aesthetic of rounded looking shoulders and helps with posture. I also read an article on bodybuilding.com that a stronger rear deltoid also helps get your chest press and other chest exercises stronger. Make sure your back is straight DON鈥橳 ROUND YOUR BACK or lock out your knees,keep a slight bend in your elbows 鈥

Good Wednesday everyone!
Today I went in with a plan to hit my fullbody Mutant Strength session as well as I could 馃憡馃榿 the cut is going very well but today I reaally felt it 馃槄 while the weights, numbers and quality was solid; the usual punch in my session was lacking 馃槪 and heavily! I still went in and did some solid work, but the feeling was just not there. But the cut is coming to an end, this weekend is my long awaited cheat day which might just be the mental break I need to hit it hard once again 馃挭馃榿 But even on those days where you're not feeling it, go in and give it your best! That's still a win however you see it 馃憡馃槈 A good exercise I did today to increase your pulling power are Rack Pulls. Load them heavy, drive through and build that lat power! 馃挭馃槃 Was glad to eat my usual carb heavy meal afterwards because I felt seriously depleted 馃槄 nothing a good rice bowl with veggies, soy pieces and apple can't help! With creatine and protein mousse on the side 馃槞馃憣 gonna be a chill day for the rest
