Welcome everyone. With everything going on in the world, you can never show enough pride in your homeland and your family. Myself, like many others grew up in a household where I was raised to be proud of where I came from. Between my grandfather, father, two brothers, and myself we served in all 5 branches of the United States Military. I served in the US Marine Corps and currently serve in the US Army National Guard. I have multiple friends and family that served and continue to serve in the US Armed Forces and as First Responders. I started making these flags as a hands on, enjoyable therapy in 2011 to stay busy and clear my mind. Over the past couple years I have been able to fine tune my woodworking skills and abilities, and put out a product that most anyone can appreciate. I make a variety of different colors, sizes, and styles to include the thin blue line, red line and even additional custom work in the stars and/or stripes. Thank you for taking the time to read this and to my brothers and sisters who served or currently serve in the US Armed Forces and as First Responders, Thank YOU for your service. #woodflags#woodburning#wordcarving#americanflag#americanmade#flag#woodworking#military#thinblueline#america#pride#rustic#usa#veteran#usmc#marines#army#airforce#navy#coastguard#lawenforcement#firstresponders#florida#madeinamerica#backtheblue

Eric and I took our workout to the gym yesterday! It felt soooo good to be back! I hadn't been to the actual gym in over 8 months. When I first started my post-partum fitness journey we joined a gym together and made promises to ourselves to become healthy and fit.. and we did just that! We had great results and made so many new friends! I absolutely loved it. After awhile though, it became harder and harder to actually find time to go to the gym. Trying to find a babysitter everytime I wanted to go became nearly impossible. Plus, my son was growing up fast and I hated knowing that that 1 or 2 hours of time that I spent at the gym, I could have been home spending it with him. HELLO MOMGUILT. That's when I decided to take a leap of faith and commit my fitness journey strictly from home! I had doubts that these "at home" programs would actually keep me in shape or even give me results.. but boy was I wrong! I am forever grateful to have the "Netflix of Workouts" at my fingertips. The options are endless and the workouts are forever changing. The beauty of it is.. I can do any of these workouts from the comfort of my own home OR I can take it to the gym if I'm feeling up to it. How amazing is that?! We just finished up week 1 of our 8 week Lifting/HIIT program yesterday.. and good lawwwd everything is sooo dang sore. Eric and I plan on taking full advantage of this scheduled rest day today so we can start week 2 off with a bang tomorrow! 💪👊 #sundayfunday
Two days after a Dallas police officer was hit and killed by a drunk driver, we were on the freeway on a DWI. While waiting the the wrecker to come tow the vehicle, we counted approximately 19 vehicles that didnt move over as they drove by our patrol car with the lights activated. Drivers who were too preoccupied to see us, or who saw us and just didnt care.
Then we saw another car speed past us, completely darked out with no headlights, no tail lights, changing lanes without using a turn signal, and driving recklessly, putting other drivers in danger. We jumped in the car, caught up to him, and found out that he was also DWI.
DONT DRINK AND DRIVE. Theres no excuse.
WHEN YOU SEE LIGHTS, MOVE OVER.
We all want to get home safely to our loved ones.
