Rotolando verso sud

On our first holiday (2006) together we went backpacking through Peru. 4 impressive weeks. Because Peru is so beautiful. The people are pure and kind. And the nature is impressive. And of course Machu Picchu was the highpoint of our trip. During this trip I made photos with my first analog slr. If I see the quality of the pictures it looks like almost centuries ago. Do you still photograph with a analog camera?
Roll up, Roll up because the WILDEST circus in South America has just rolled into town!😃So whether you’re a ringleader, juggler or tightrope walker, get down to your local Wild Rover tonight for an EPIC CIRCUS PARTY!🎉
Peruvian local women in the town tiny, tranquil town of Pisaq. Sunday’s bring the most colourful, healthy, fascinating fresh, fabulous food stalls. Compared to the prices back at home, I’m paying tiny amounts. Heading to the local markets and independent street stalls, gives you the best and most affordable things, plus you give to the locals!
After a few weeks in Cusco, I decided it was time to see Machu Picchu. Making my own way to the site, walking over 25km, and sitting on 13 hours of bus’ across two days, it was a tough but incredible adventure. I was one of the first in on Friday morning waking up at 3am to hike to the entrance. Catching the sunrise over the wonder of the world was magical. An extraordinary view of the awe-inspiring, mysterious Inca city high up in the clouds surrounded by grand, tropical green mountains and valleys. Another glorious day I will never forget. 🌍🇵🇪
Making more animal friends, this time, a cute little white Alpaca living at 3,800 metres above sea level in the countryside. He loved looking at the camera and I swear there is a little smile going on. Fun fact. All Alpacas are vegetarian eating only grass, wood and leaves.
The best landscapes I have ever seen. Colca Canyon is the second deepest in the world located south of Peru. With green valleys, snowy mountains, volcanoes, remote traditional villages and some epic adventures all thousands of metres above sea level 🌏
Spending my days hiking through the mountains and waterfalls of Rio de Janeiro. This day was magical, we even had a sloth fall from the trees while we were hiking! Explore away from the main tourist areas, they are always a more quite and authentic way to discover places! 🍃🍄🍁
Everyone tells me I dream too big but I tell them they’re wrong. I’ve always said it’s about priorities and choices. I crave to live a life of adventure, able to discover new places and meet new people. Learning lessons I can’t learn in my own country. I always feel like I’m in a movie and it’s fabulous.
