Yesterday I felt great. I kicked butt on the workouts. Today, I did not. I started with a “Monster Lap” (pretty much straight up hill for half of it) and things started to hurt. It wasn’t the typical working out uncomfortable, it was painful. I ended up walking to finish. With much frustration, I made the decision to leave and not finish the rest of the workout agenda. Listening to your body and intuition is key. Sometimes we need to push through the hard and sometimes we need to know when to rest.

I’ve been MIA this week away camping with my fam and No WIFI. Loving it. I just needed a week to relax, do nothing or anything, spend some time with my girls and not think about Cake. I’ll be back in my shop on Monday feeling refreshed and ready to rock again. I know Maree has been talking care of all your enquiries while I’ve been away and keeping it all under control 😘😘😘 what would I do without her??
