Ten tydzień mocno mnie zmęczył, ledwo udało mi się wygospodarować czas na trening. Ale bez pracy niema kołaczy a przynajmniej tak mówią 😂😉. Muszę jakoś ogarnąć to w jedną sensowną całość bo na dłuższą metę może być lipa. 
Udanego weekendu i pamietajmy o regeneracji o tym że są sprawy ważne i ważniejsze. Tylko my decydujemy co naprawdę zasługuje na naszą uwagę. Jutro niedziela pamietajmy o najbliższych. Dajmy im odczuć jak bardzo nam na nich zależy i nie bójmy się że życia bo jest piękne tylko trzeba odpowiednio na nie spojrzeć.

Nel frattempo posto un mini video del workout di questa mattina...rematore con bilanciere...non è un esercizio che amo, lo sento un po' scomodo e soprattutto non è un esercizio che "a sensazione MIA PERSONALE" grava esclusivamente sul dorsale...
Chi mi segue sa già cosa penso sugli esercizi, sulla postura, sull esecuzione e soprattutto sul peso utilizzato...mi posso trovare nella postura più corretta e posso fare l'esercizio considerato il più efficace per un determinato muscolo...ma se io quell'esercizio in quella postura "non lo sento"...non lo faccio, semplice...
Mi sono sempre allenata da sola inizialmente in palestra, senza schede, programmi... e nella mia ignoranza ho sempre cercato di imparare qualcosa in base alle mie sensazioni fisiche.......mi allenavo punto.
Una relazione continua con il mio corpo e lo sperimentare ogni cosa che provo e sento...per me è fondamentale!

Definitely one of the best workouts I have had in a while. -
I think all of us sometimes go in the gym and just get our reps done till we are tired then we quit. Today once I got tired on every set I used some momentum and got a couple more reps out of it. These are the reps that are going to make a huge difference. I am definitely going to continue going into every training session like this!

Пять простых советов, как без усилий включить свое тело (и разум) в рабочий режим, после праздников, отпуска или просто длинных выходных.

Праздники – это не только приятное общение и вкусный стол, но и полная смена привычного режима. Вместо стандартных приемов пищи – бесконечное застолье. Начать приводить организм в порядок после насыщенных едой каникул или уик-энда нужно с генеральной уборки холодильника. Что делаем? Избавляемся от жирного, жареного, соленого, сладкого и алкогольного ─ эти продукты зашлаковывают наш организм (в особенности, кишечник). Соленья, острые закуски и алкогольные напитки задерживают жидкость в тканях организма, что тоже нерадостно отражается на стрелках весов. А вот серьезный недостаток кисломолочных продуктов и овощей снижает уровень метаболизма, что приводит к проблемам с пищеварением, так что соответствующие полки, наоборот, наполняем. Идем дальше. «Нет» голоданию

Наш организм быстро перестраивается на нездоровую волну, и отказаться от изобилия особенно сложно психологически, поэтому диета после «объедаловки» ─ заведомо проигрышный вариант. Думая, что настали голодные времена, организм начнет усиленно запасаться жирком. Важно плавно снижать калорийность блюд, включать в рацион овощи, фрукты, диетическое, нежирное мясо, морепродукты. Отличным дополнением станут сухофрукты – урюк, курага, чернослив (все они содержат так необходимые витамины и микроэлементы, кроме того, обладают хорошими очищающими свойствами). Полезно употребление круп – гречки и риса (не белого). Фрукты, овощи, диетические молочные и кисломолочные продукты следует кушать без страха и сомнения. Также телу, «измученному» «Нарзаном» и «Боржоми», необходим калий (он содержится в овсянке, бананах, орехах, моркови, помидорах и тех же сухофруктах).
