I was so excited to start this week off back in the gym. Monday is for back, biceps & cardio. I got to the gym and lifted and was headed to do cardio and my phone 📱 rang! It was London, “mom, I don’t feel good can you pick me up.” 😳
So plans and life don’t always align but my babies always come first.

• 5 min cardio Gets my body ready for the work out
• Seated Bicep curls -  2 sets 10 reps Low weight
Super set :
• Hammer curls - 3 x 8-12 • Lat pull down - 3 x 8-12 • Barbell curl drop set ( repping until fail, then lowering weight and repeating till fail over and over )
• Seated cable row 3 x 8-12
• Face pulls 3 x 8-12
• Reverse Bicep curls ( palms facing down ) 2 x 10

Super set :
• Bent over dumbbell row 3 x 8-12
• Concentration curls 3 x 8-12 • Pull ups palms facing you for Bicep, away for back 10-25 or till fail

This has been my routine lately but it varies depending what I’m feeling, I’ll mix in a few different work outs if I want to hit a particular muscle a bit extra or just to sub in a few different work outs to change it up a little on my body.

Not that those things are bad... but everyone’s body is different and YOU have to figure out what works for YOU. I’ve yet to find a supplement that significantly added value to my workouts or my life in general. The closest thing I drink is smoothies from @blendossmoothies. Also, I don’t follow a specific diet plan (Keto, Weight Watchers, etc). I track my macros based on whatever my current goals are, stay away from high amounts of bread, dairy and greasy foods. Don’t copy someone else. Educate yourself and then do what works best for your body. Also- it’s time for a spray tan. 😂

I literally had a conversation in my head for about 15 mins before I got up.... one voice saying "leave it, go in the evening" (knowing full well I'll be too tired to go in evening).. then other voice asked "Will you regret not going?".... the answer was "Hell yes"!
