Today started off with a good cry as I struggle to be patient with my recovery and the limitations and continued pain. A slow walk around my neighborhood with my mom helped alleviate some of my lower back pain and lift my spirits. This afternoon she took me over to tour the new gym in town my people seem to be flocking to. Seems like the perfect place to ease back into my routine and they have a hydro massage that felt superb! @shopetee I recently purchased Etee beeswrap....you use it in place of plastic wrap to cover bowls, wrap food etc. I love the colors, it is a bit thicker than Beeswrap (which I also have). As long as you start using items you don’t have to throw away, you’re on the right track! Baby steps people! I started with un-paper napkins, grocery bags, then silicone (ziplock) bags, produce bags and most recently-silicone straws. Do something positive for the planet! My universe has been showing me I have to share more of the data/information I bring through that my human aspect feels is never good enough to be shared.
The 11:11 and the 12:12 gateways have been imense initiations for me in terms of disclosure and coming out of hiding.
I've come to accept many of the abilities I fought and denied for quite a long time because they didn't fit into my human perception of what I 'should' be doing with my energy/time.
In becoming more visible with my work, a lot of fear surfaced from the depths of my cells to be cleared/loved/integrated and with every opportunity I stood up for myself, my cells vibrate more and more and my body is lighter and lighter.
The words my universe has shown me recently after I asked why I have to keep disclosing thing after thing and why I have to keep my body moving all the time were 'walking on air', 'lose yourself', 'flames', 'kundalini', 'flexibility', 'divine union'. So now, I'm sharing. Clearing and sharing. Clearing and sharing.
Hiding takes a lot of energy put into weaving a web that will dissolve at one point. Opening up and sharing has many stages if you are willing to open up. If you're not, it's just a big collapse of your reality when your higher self has had enough of your human avoiding opening up.
Baby steps are softer than a big collapse of your realities, but in the end... it's up to you and what you agreed to experience here.
So despite not being the most sociable of people, I went to the work Christmas party. Everyone’s a proper laugh and just a great company to work for, I had fun. Still not very sociable, I will be one day though, I’m committed to not be shy any more, just not getting me where I want to be in life. #babysteps#confidence#christmas
Anyone else really struggle with self-care and setting boundaries? I feel like this is something I really need to work on, particularly when it comes to my job. I'm regularly checking work emails at night and while I'm on vacation because I have this constant anxiety that all my programs will fall apart if I'm not checking to make sure that everything is running smoothly. I work in the field of mental health and burnout is such a real thing. I need to learn how to disconnect.
Two months old today and just over 3kgs, but still a little peanut in my swing! And apparently now we need to be 3.5kgs for reanastomosis surgery - we were originally told 3, so this is a bit of a letdown after working hard to top 3 - but we’ll keep eating and growing and hopefully be put back together soon! #nicugoals#niculife#milestones#babysteps#elliebeth

I totally screwed up. I have totally gone backwards. My debt is a little bigger and my emergency fund is depleted. I am so annoyed at myself for letting this happen. #truth . I’ve made more mistakes at this life than anyone would want to admit. I actually JUST burned the hamburger I was making for dinner while trying to write this post. 🤦🏼♀️🙄🤷♀️😂 My current mistake is realizing even though I have two AMAZING kids, that I love with all my heart, I perhaps have been too easy on them through the years. They truly are just not quite as responsible as I want them to be and that they need to be to succeed in this life. 😝😂 But...You can’t fix any problem until you first admit you were wrong. So I see where I have been going wrong, I’m admitting it, and I’m fixing it. No pitty party over here. I am determined to be a little better at all the things in this crazy life. And just as anything that’s not with these huge giant leaps but with tiny baby steps every single today. Today’s step? My daughter doing her second EVER load of her own laundry tonight, without me even asking. #win I know I’ll never be perfect but I refuse to settle for mediocre anymore for me, my kids, my marriage, and my family. Hoje vou falar um pouquinho sobre o temido cardápio. Ele é tão importante no sistema Fly, que aparece nos BabySteps, no plano básico semanal (planejamento) e também no “hábito do mês” de Novembro. Mas não tenha medo dele! É simples, você só precisa separar 15 minutinhos da sua semana para fazê-lo. As FlyBabies normalmente fazem às terças.
O importante é que seja feito antes da ida semanal ao mercado. Afinal, não podemos começar qualquer receita sem os ingredientes...🤣
Como aqui em casa comemos carnes; começo a pensar no cardápio por elas (que no caso são as misturas principais), exemplo: segunda carne-moída, terça frango refogado, quarta peixe grelhado, quinta omelete e sexta sempre optamos por lanchinhos. Tenho várias “cartas na manga”, receitas fáceis em mente e que todos gostam (sopas, massas etc) e sempre coloco quando estou elaborando o cardápio.
Sempre deixo saladas e brócolis limpos na geladeira, pois meus pequenos amam.
Procure algum modelo de cardápio semanal pronto no Google e preencha com os pratos preferidos da sua família. Peça a ajuda e a opinião deles. Isso é muito importante!

Czy jestem miła, wredna, autentyczna, czy nieszczera. Czy siedzę, jojczę i narzekam, czy szukam rozwiązań. Jestem przeciwna wmawianiu ludziom, że „zawsze i wszędzie mogą wszystko”. Ale przegięcie w drugą stronę i pielęgnowanie wyuczonej bezradności to droga do nikąd. Zawsze i wszędzie można podjąć małe kroki, żeby zadbać o siebie albo o to jakim się jest człowiekiem. ✨

Hey everyone, wanted to get on here and properly introduce myself. My name is Amy and I'm a stay at home mom to two beautiful little girls and a fur baby.
I'm once again on a journey to not only lose some weight but to get healthy. I'll be honest this isn't my first time with a fitness page. I've had others in the past that either went into a direction I didn't want to go or didn't think I needed the outside motivation. Even though my husband supports me and is willing to help me 100 percent just not as easy since he's not the journey with me.
I won't be strict as much due to the holidays but I'll be watching what I eat and after strictly calorie counting. I've done it before. The pic on the far right is me at my lowest. Before I gained most of it back. I'm gonna get there again. So here we go again. Third time is a charm, right?
